Harold's Super Service

Harold's is called Super Service for a reason. The tech who came for me stuck on the side of the road should also be called Super. Chris not only kept me from walking for miles but fixed my auto issue quickly and efficiently and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Chris! (Give this man a raise in pay - he's definitely deserving!) I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Yall, these guys know their stuff, from the front man at the counter to the end, when the job is complete. They make you feel at home and only charge 1/2 the price of their competitors. Thanks guys.

Herald station is really outstanding. Being an older person it's hard to pump your own gas when the aches and pains in my hands and feet are acting up. They're all very professional and courteous, it's the only place I get my gas.

Derek and Matt are kind and honest. I needed an overhaul, basically, however, I was having, what I thought, was a possible transmission problem. Matt had me write down everything I was concerned about, though they were going to check everything, he wanted to know my concerns. Derek, kindly and professionally, asked me how much could I financially afford, depending on what they found. It turned out to be a problem with my cad converter. Derek was very straight forward and told me that they don't work on those there, however, I not only would ruin my car, but potentially putting myself in danger if I didn't get it fixed within a week. Not knowing who could help me, Matt wrote down the name of a local mechanic who doesn't charge much and could help me. Then both, Matt and Derek wrote a list of repairs. My vehicle is older, so again, honestly and courteously, Derek told me that if I maintained my vehicle, I can get about 5 more years out of it. They are the only station in town that still pumps your gas for you. If you have a flat or run out of gas, they will come help you. And even though they are a business, with employees to take care of, they try to help those who might not be able to pay full price at the time. They are willing to help those who they truly feel needs it. And, realistically, they are a filling station that provides oil changes and tire services. But they also tow vehicles and most importantly, are honest. If they can't fix it, or they know someone who could that's reliable and will save you money, they'll tell you. It's rare to see this today. And their towing service is 24 hours. A great place with great people 👍👍👍

Best service in town. I tried Naural Sate but they wanted address.... uh on side of road. Wanting me to walk 100 yards to mailbox I could see. Cottonwood Rd isn’t long... 100% go with them. They actually have common sense.

I give it five stars and that is four for the price and the extra star for the guy being honest and not trying to haul my car the night I called and telling me it would be cheaper the next day because I called on a weekend

This company has been family owned for 50+ years. They are great people. With gas, diesel, road side assistance, tire change, full service gas, mechanic, and much more. They are also AAA members

Very friendly and cordial service. They have real mechanics on duty. Have self service gas pumps as well as Full Service gas pumps.

They have a very helpful and have been in the business for many years. They can get your car back on the road.
