McDonald's

This is my favorite Mc Donald's branch in Harrison, they don't charge for sauce and they still have their soda fountain, hopefully it will stay that way the other one in Main street charge for sauce and no more soda fountain. Plus I like the staff here, they are friendly!

I come here most mornings for breakfast, and Brenda always greets me with a smile. It's one of the things that really gets my day going on a positive note, and she's so kind! Give that gal a raise!

This is by far THE VERY BEST McDonald’s in Arkansas…. PERIOD. Outstanding friendly Staff! Outstanding customer service! Outstanding FRESHLY PREPARED FOOD! Super clean restaurant! I purposely drive past another McDonald’s restaurant off Main Street, which doesn't anywhere near hold a candle to this one on Walmart Drive. I’m 100% serious.
I want to mention a few of the outstanding staff here: Sabel, Cindy, Jamie, Holly, Tamra, Barbara, Maddy, and Joseph, ALL deserve to be recognized for the best of customer service here at this location. I can’t thank them all enough!

This was in Harrison, Arkansas, by Wal-Mart. They were very busy, but I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean.

Picked up dinner for my friend and I, the service was good, but a long wait in drive thru, and food was good!!

My new bank card would work and I didn't have cash on me. The sweet girl brown hair manager I think. Paid for my kids happy meals. It's the small things y'all.

We love this McDonald's. The food quality is wonderful. It is way better than the one we have. If it wasn't so far, we would eat here every time we wanted McDonald's.

Love the fact they HAVE NOT jacked up their prices and don't charge .39 for frikin ranch like all the others. my foods always been correct and the staff has been pleasant and on point! I drive across town just to go to this one.

Good for a quick bite.

Update: if you want something like a plain burger, they take the order, and give you a regular burger... When you go to get it fixed you stand there for literally 20 minutes if you're not pushy enough to get the Manager's attention to get the burger... Then you get told, "oh yeah, it's right here." The burger had been remade for 10 plus minutes and they simply weren't going to hand it over until we demanded it.

Seriously need to do some work with the management staff.

After that the young lady working register took time to come apologize for the mishap.

Management could take notes from this young lady.

Quick and friendly staff. I liked when I pulled up and received our food. The manager made sure the young (probably new) had her say, "Thank have a nice day." Teaching the young good habits! Food was good but didn't care for the new spicy McChicken but the fries were perfect...hot and light on the salt.

They are doing alot better on there food Keep Up the Good Work and Stay Friendly Like You Are!!!!

This was a very friendly and to my surprise they brought our food to us. The lady that waited on us came and checked to see how everything was twice and to see if we needed anything. Service was fantastic and the big breakfast was 👍 good

Everything was fresh and it was really good for great ending of our day at magic springs only five miles from the park!

Best mcdonalds I've had in a long time. 5 stars based on mcdonalds expectations.

I am always pleasantly surprised by the staff at the drive thru windows. They are very nice and one gentleman will make friendly conversation if you are waiting for the line to move and you are just sitting with your window down there. They are also a much faster McDonald's than the other 2 that I go to (main st and Hollister)

The food is always good for fast food and their iced caramel Macchiatos are my favorite.

Food was hot and fresh! I love McDonald's french fries so getting them fresh is always a bonus!

It is a McDonald's so the fare doesn't change much, if course. The place is clean, the parking is great, the food is fresh, the employees are friendly, the soft drink bar was clean, the napkins/straws, etc were well stocked and my grandbabies love the new play place. Overall, a great McDonald's.

The best mc Donald's ever been to was on Kelly hwy in ft Smith ark, the gentleman that handed your order was so charming and charismatic,you could hear his cheerfulness from around the corner!! Could not help but smile.....

We are on our way back home from visiting family and Eric at the window was amazing!!!! I normally don't go to McDonald's but just had to feed the kids. Also shout out to the Laqisha making the Frappuccino she makes them amazingly!!!
