Gets frustrating that every time I come to this store, I'm having long waiting for someone to show up at the customer service area.. I'm giving 5 stars only because once someone does finally show up, they thus far have been apologetic & kind

This store within Harrison just opened in 2022. Some of the local Harps grocery stores built in the last 10 years were already some of my favorites out of grocery stores in various towns across the Ozarks. This is probably the largest location yet. Collectively Harps stores are modern, well lit, clean, well stocked, and the meats, vegetables, and fruits are generally of high quality. This is a local chain in the area and I would encourage you to make a stop here and support local businesses such as this. If you enjoy smaller lines and a quicker shopping experience than some larger chains that will remain unnamed, this is the place for you. Some prices are occasionally higher versus larger stores, but in most cases they remain competitive and the shopping experience is much less stressful. As a bonus the staff has been nothing but friendly in my experience. They seem genuinely happy to interact with their customers. I take that to likely mean they are well treated by their management and the store owners. Clearly that is an assumption on my part but in my experience management makes and breaks any job. Treat your people well and positive results will follow.

Stopped in Pharmacy, very helpful staff.

This Harps is a lot bigger than the others around and typically has what I want. The prices are not as good as the national chain bug bix store so you go here to support the local chain knowing you will pay a bit more. I will continue to visit as they have their typical sales I have come to enjoy, and would go more if they were a bit closer in the other prices 😉

First time in this store. Not only did I find what I was looking for (although at first I thought I'd have to leave without crackers!! 😂) but had kind, helpful working folks answering my questions and leading me in the right directions. Gene in produce actually walked me to my requested vegs and fruits! Jeremiah in the deli was as kind and helpful and EVERYTHING in the deli looked awesome!! My chicken tender and fried okra did not disappoint this Southern girl! 😀 Jayden was the one who led me to the the crackers...whew! I really was wondering if maybe this store didn't sell them!! haha) One final pass through produce introduced me to Alfred and Ambra checked me out and was so nice and friendly. Every person I interacted with would've been invited home with me, They were so sweet! Great job, Harp's, for employing such darlins!! I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Great place to get your grocers. Prices are high but not much more than any other place..

I am from Florida and harps reminds me of a store. I shopped at a small Publix. I love the produce and the deli. The selection they have is awesome ☺

Love this store. Pretty pricey,but great quality produce and meat if you can afford it. Beautifully clean and I have never encountered unfriendly staff,which says a LOT right now. And I've said it before, I'll say it again YAY!! Live Lobsters are offered. I can't wait to afford them..yummmm

Wonderful store great employees, Pharmacy is wonderful lovely ladies working behind the counter, I would recommend this place to anyone.

The store (at the mall) is thankfully not huge, somewhat easy to navigate, and similarly priced as other Harps stores. They always have house specials throughout the store.
