Pricy, and I just moved from California, but service, workers are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Most definitely a must, to come, for the hidden gem!

Always on point and quick to help you but also give you space . Easy shopping and easy ordering process. Just all around better that a home depot or lowes haha.

I needed a special gardening fertilizer and Ace Hardware carried what I needed. I visited the store in Searcy and they didn't have any. Also the employee stated that there wasn't any at their warehouse. He looked at the inventory of the other Ace stores and showed 3 packages at FL Davis Ace Hardware. He called to have 2 reserved for me to pickup the next morning. I went to the store and got the fertilizer that I needed. Thanks to all involved. Tim

This is my "go-to" hardware store. They have what I need and their customer service is better than anywhere I've ever shopped. If you have questions, someone will always answer them, with patience. Great store, great staff!

If I owned the company it would have the employees that FL has the Ladies at the counter or awesome the men help you the small engine man across the street 15 minutes to 12 he'll always help you awesome people

I will always give Ace five star, but then again I always use the one in Greers Ferry. I've always been considerate and very helpful even when I forget the name of the thing I went in to get LOL I just described but they know exactly what I mean and they helped pick out the one that I need it's kind of like having your personal little shopper. I usually write a list walk up to someone and say can you help me and they say oh yes and I hand them the list LMBO and they have no problem with it whatsoever. They really are a great bunch of people and the price is really good and of course you can get the card and have to get so many points on it or stamps on it you get a discount on your projects that you're doing or something you want to buy so it's a bonus incentive which I have never used I give them to a friend of mine

Warm and welcoming. Not just lumber and hardware. Furnature appliances and feed and lots of mens and women's clothing. Wonderful selection of women's boutique items and beautiful dishes, and kitchen ware. Just a pleasure to shop.
