Washington Regional Urgent Care - Harrison

Just needed to see if there was anything I could do about a chest cough so I didn’t expose anyone at the house - learned from the NP that everyone has already been exposed since they have all had a version of the same viral cold and I was safe to be around since they all have already had this. That gave me peace of mind and I was advised what I could get over the counter to help quiet the cough while I wait for it to run it’s course - super friendly staff. So glad I came to get checked out!

I love this place. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. They offer refreshments (water, coffee) if you're waiting. If you have an appointment, they get you in as close to the appointment time as possible. They're quick & efficient. Even today, there was a mix-up with the nurses, and they still worked together to get things done as smoothly as possible for the patients. Great place!

From the moment my wife and I walked in the front door everyone was friendly and helpful. The entire medical staff was very caring and genuinely concerned about my wife's injury. I can't say enough about how great this place is.

I walked in and was seen in just a few minutes. The office staff was very polite and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. Wonderful medical care. highly recommend!

The receptionist was incredibly nice, offering my son and I water and a snack while we waited. It was not a long wait but she told me just in case next time use the wait online option. The nurse and APRN were also incredibly nice. She answered all my questions, gave me some helpful mom tips for my toddlers ears, and said if I was still concerned about his ears 2 days from now I could bring him back for her to look at them to see if anything has changed. He got a sticker and a toy for being good. As a worried mom it was relieving to go to a place with such caring people.

If I could change them to my primary care providers, I would. Absolutely amazing experience. I was hurting but it barely registered when interacting with the wonderful staff there! 10 stars!!

It has been years since I found someone that actually listened to my concerns and understood that I needed answers. I thought i was going to have a breakdown before I could find help, it was so very, very frustrating. This Nurse Practitioner was awesome she actually helped with what is happening instead of running needless test where there are no problems. I recommend her to everyone that needs real answers and help.

Quick in and out visit. I had X-rays and saw the provider within an hour. The receptionist went above and beyond. She even walked me out to my car and opened the door for me since I left in a boot and on crutches. Washington regional is the best urgent care we have in town. I also love that they have air purifiers in every room. It was very clean and the nurse was very nice. 10/10 for me!

If you know you might have to go to Urgent Care, fill out the paperwork online to skip any long waits.

This location has helped me several times, as the VA CBOC in Harrison, AR doesn’t like to take walk-ins, so they send everyone to Urgent Care or ER

VA should also cover all my prescriptions, but since the Urgent Care prescribed it, it causes an issue with billing to where the veteran has to pray for their meds out of pocket and take the paperwork back to their Primary Care Physician to get reimbursed or take it/ fax it to Fayetteville to have the VA pharmacy mail you the prescription…

Luckily the Nurse Practitioner, Regina Jeffrey, at this location PAID OUT OF POCKET for my meds. May God Bless her for this loving kindness. 🙏🙌

Very friendly, pleasant service and experience. I had to get a tetanus shot and blood draw. Two different nurses and the same ''no-pain' experience. I never felt the needles. Quick and efficient.

These people are the best...I recommend them...returned today to get documents and they are so helpful.

Quick in and out with a sick grandchild. The entire staff made the experience a good one. Making sure my grandson was not afraid and really made him smile during his check up. 😊

The staff was very professional. The Dr even made sure that the medicines ordered did not interfere with my son's regular regimen. From checking in to checking out , I was greeted with courteous related staff. I highly recommend the caring professional staff at Washington Reginal Urgent Care. I thought I’d set up a hold my spot but I guess I didn’t follow thru enough. I was still in quick. I love my peeps and they are great at what they do.

Always a great experience with them the ladies there are so friendly, even when I walk in 10 minutes before close for a chemical burn!

It was nice. So was the nurses and Dr. The nurse Amanda was very nice when she got blood from me. Took my mind right off of it.

My husband and I have been treated several times and I highly recommend. Nice staff, very clean facility, great providers.
