I can't say enough good about Villines and Chris specifically. Mountain Home, Not only great service but kind people who gave so much time.

Arkansas no longer has a locksmith. I was trying to sell this safe from prior owners. After a water leak flooded our house, we could no longer find the dial key or paperwork. Chris walked me through how to remove it on the phone using a video call.

Absolutely the best of the best. Locked my keys In the trunk. Two towing company's came and tried the same methods as Chris tried . He was creative, open minded, confident, reassuring and most of all VERY friendly and kind. After multiple towing companies and even having a key made at magness I was hopeless. He did the unimaginable and got my key out so creatively using a fishing pole and some of his tools . It was almost fun ! He never charged me after hearing all the hardships and how long I'd gone through trying to get this key after I begged and begged to let us pay and tip . Absolutely amazing and I would go back to them for any problems related to this from now on.

I let my brother borrow my car, and long story short, both my keys got locked in on accident. I contacted these guys at 8:30 to see if they could come same day, then we tried to DIY it, for a few hours. Finally got back to them at about 13:00. By 15:00, the guy had come from Harrison to Lead Hill, and had my car unlocked in about 5 minutes, with no damage, and was highly professional. We were worried, because we've had to do a lot of DIY plumbing and electrical because pros don't want to come all the way out here, but he did, for a reasonable price, at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! There were issues getting a security code and the key fob to work. Chris didn't give up until he had everything working correctly even though it took him past their closing time. We have used them 3 or 4 times and they are always pleasant and courteous.

She was very patient explaining different key types more then once for us. She found our new "lost/dropped" key in the driveway after we left!!!!! Prices were phenomenal!! Way less then the two dealerships I had called. She was quick in getting us another key. Highly recommend this business to everyone!l

Got locked out of my car with it running while in town for the day so none of the people I regularly get help from were available (I don't live in Harrison anymore) after unsuccessfully trying to unlock my car myself, I called them and asked how much for a lockout, expecting $50-60 that I've paid in other cities. $30 flat and they were there within about 10 minutes after my call. And then another 5 to roll the window down enough to slide his hand in to unlock it. Great and quick service would definitely recommend

I originally had an issue but it was very much solved by the lovely lady that works there. I did not catch her name but I do appreciate the customer service and understanding of my specific needs. :) I do believe she is the owner.

The owner/locksmith was professional and timely.
