Chris has been the biggest help. Lindsay management tried leaving me homeless and he searched everywhere to find us somewhere to go while our house was closing. He’s the best, he even came to help us move! Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I felt like he did everything in his power to take care of us, and did it with a smile. I won’t be using anyone else the next time I move.

Christopher White helped me so much throughout the entirety of my purchase. He was supper helpful and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. He treats every client like their a half a million dollar buyer even if they aren’t haha. I would 10/10 recommended him if your thinking about buying or selling a home

I didn't think I was ever going to be able to own my home. Jenice, was nothing short of amazing. She walked me through the whole process, even went as far offering to shuttle paperwork around in 4ft+ of snow, just to make sure all of my stuff was where it need to be & didn't have a problem giving someone the "what for" when something was going like it should have been. But now, because of her and the rest of the wonderful team at Centurury 21 Legacy I can proudly say that I have my 1st home. I could not be more blessed or more grateful that I got to work with such a great group of individuals.

Would highly recommend CENTURY 21 to everyone! Their realtors are genuine and knowledgeable! The company itself is amazing and offers so much to its customers (buyers and sellers) thru their agents, and just to agents themselves! Training is excellent and the brand brings so much more to the table than its competitors! It’s a world of difference! Put it this way, would you rather go to Walmart or Hanks for quality and expertise?! There is just no comparison to CENTURY 21!

The reason for 3 out of 5...
1. Chris looked like he rolled out of bed every time we saw him. There was nothing professional regarding his appearance, wrinkled t-shirts and uncombed hair.
2. I'm the one that found every single home we look at through realtor.com. sometimes I question why we were paying Century 21 their 2.4%.
3. Once we closed on the home we never heard from Chris again. There was no follow-up or thank you at all.

Hope they can help me

We did not get the service we expected from the realtor or the broker. We took a huge hit on our house because there was no support for us as sellers. Comparable homes in our neighborhood, square footage, etc with a lot less amenities listed, sold and closed after our house listed. These home’s sold for $15,000-$20,000 more than our home. Our house was move in ready with no issues whatsoever. No credit given for new ac, roof, pool etc. in the appraisal. While I understand the realtor had no control over the appraisal, more could have been done on our behalf. Our realtor never showed our home, only realtors from other agencies. Talked with the broker and he wasn’t helpful at all. Communication was extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend this real estate company or the realtor we worked with to anyone.
