This location is the bomb! They are so efficient, friendly and helpful. I love all the tellers. They do make a point to remember their customers by name and they even remember my little puppy Winston and ask about him all the time. I highly recommend this bank to anyone seeking a new bank. They have multiple locations across the state as well and that is a huge benefit.

This is my favorite bank to use! The staff is very professional and friendly. Jared and the other tellers go out of their way to give a great experience.

I just moved to this area and have been with arvest for years and when I went in to get a new debit card they were really friendly. I was also very happy to find out they could make my card the same day instead of waiting for it in the mail unlike my previous branches in ft smith.

After my dreadful experience at Bank of America, I came to Arvest to speak to them about opening an account with them, I was helped by a wonderful man named Hunter, everyone was extremely nice and non-judgmental. The atmosphere was friendly.

Once the bank employees get to know you they Rember your name. Very helpful and polite.

Great location.

Worked with Marlon to open up a savings and checking account for my 17 year old. Very helpful, did a good job explaining the features of the accounts and how to access on phone and computer. Also, provided printed copies of everything before asking to sign the electronic signature pad. Very satisfied and will continue to recommend to family and friends.

I’m new to Arvest , problem was resolved.

mailed a payment to them from my payment book which had there p.o. box address and was returned to me by the post office. tried to call them on their number which was impossible to get in touch with anyone. I have mailed again to the same P.O. Box.

I like the place but Siri said it was on the right. It's on the left. Lol

I don't understand why I can't ever get someone on the phone whenever I either call the branch or the 800 number for customer service 😡. I mean why have phone numbers of u can't speak with anyone. I have concerns about my mortgage that I need to talk to someone about and starting to wonder if I need to consider changing to someone else
