I previously worked with Rideout Searcy for our previous project on the Little Red River. I was always a huge fan of them and was honestly skeptical initially about working with L.O.

My salesperson is Brad Hardwick. He has excelled in pretty much all areas and I admit forthright that I am not the easiest person in the world to impress or work with. Brad even made multiple in-person visits and today came out to help me install a sash in one of our windows that our workers cracked.

Honestly; I am impressed with the attention to detail and the Esprit de’ Corps attitude from Brad and his entire team. I know that the prices and products are exemplary; but the service has been as well. What more could you want in a building partner? Kudos!!

Great store definitely can find all my lumber needs whenever I need to fix something

Nice people here, and they have everything you might want to build a house.

Not much has changed. Still have fairly good prices, very helpful and friendly staff. They have an old fashioned nut and bolt aisle, that you can find things here that you can't find at any of the big box stores that I've found. If you're looking for specialties, this is where to go.

Only my second time going. Helpful staff, and better prices than the big stores (will just call them H & L). I won't say their selection is as wide as the big stores, but they have most everything needed at good prices. I will be a long-time customer of this place. I will be going back, as hardware & lumber needs arise. If this store is any indication, they got the commercial right "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks".

Everyone was so friendly. They are the least expensive on flowers this year over anyone and they have all sorts of amazing yard decor. I can't wait to go back.

Great service. I needed some Douglas fir to test some stain and the employees went out of their way to find some then cut it down so that I could get it home. Highly recommended.

Easiest,friendliest place to shop. Has what you need and can find it quickly or someone is ready to help you!

Was looking for a single replacement screw for one missing in my project. Gentleman saw me searching and came to rescue me. Good friendly employees are rare nowadays (unfortunately). Lumber one seems to have hired most of them 🙂

Been shopping here since they opened. Came in today and for the first time they didn’t have what I needed. The lady that helped me was apologetic. Always wonderful customer service and shooting 99/100 on anything I’ve ever needed.

Never had a bad experience here. Paula and Angel (design team) took great care of my wife and I during our recent remodel project. They really know what their talking about and are up to date on current styles/colors. They've always gone above and beyond to make us feel special. Their commitment to great customer service is obvious when you walk in the door. The store in general has a great selection and is competitive with their pricing.

Never shopping at Home Depot or Lowe’s again! The prices at Lumber One are significantly lower than at the two aforementioned stores. The plants in their garden center are excellently cared for. They had some beautiful and healthy young trees for such a low price that we splurged and bought as many as we could fit in the bed of our truck. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They helped us load everything up in the hot sun and we’re overall very professional. My only regret is that I haven’t started shopping here sooner.

I truly love Lumber One! It is a clean, friendly and well-stocked establishment whether you’re looking for home repair supplies, hanging flower baskets or shrubbery. I’ve frequented this establishment since not long after it opened. Wonderful place!

First time ever to go and was greeted at the door and was asked several times if I needed help. Finally was helped by a Native American older gentleman and he was awesome, found me a porch swing.

One of the best selections for locally grown plants in central Arkansas. We look forward to going there every year.

They have the best prices on building materials that I have found. Very friendly staff and helpful loading my 20 sticks of rebar that I purchased. On my way out I found they had the best price on 80 lb Sakrete concrete. I will be making more trips to this store and saving a lot of money. Highly recommended!!!

This is a very very busy place. Plan on spending a good amount of time if picking up lumber products. They have adequate help but a lot of customers. Good for business! Everyone is pleasant and services you quickly. Great prices and quality materials and service. Try them!
