AT&T Store

I had a very wonderful experience with Paetrah and raven. They are the best employees that I have came across since this store has opened. I am very much please with these two ladies. They deserve a raise for sure. If I had a thousand tongues I couldn’t have thanked them enough

Had the best experience here yesterday! The tech was warm, courteous, accurate, and fast! She helped me apply my new screen protector and assisted me in finding a new case! I love my new Outer Box case!

Very thankful for the help I received in the Lake Village store today. I started with Tuan who appeared to be the store manager and was a very great help and got me off with a great deal on hotspot. The next day I finished with Kayla who help me set up my hotspot who was knowledgeable and very polite. Both days in this store were incredibly amazing. Will return in the future to to do more business with these people.

Lake Village AT&T is the best. I was having a major issue with my new phone and store manager Tuan took care of me. Not only was he knowledgeable about their products but he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will be back! Thank you again!

Shamia J. from the Lake Village Store was amazing. She was kind, patient, and when she didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, she called on a team member to help. I love that. I am from Greenville where when you ask a question, it’s I don’t know. They don’t even try to find out the answer or anything. Her patience alone is hard to find. This is a small AT&T store but the friendly and helpful employees make up for that. Recently got a free phone with my upgrade and they actually lowered my monthly bill with the AT&T Next Plan.

The store manager, Tuan, always takes the time to answer any questions I have and provides excellent customer care to my family. I will always go back to his store any time I need assistance!
