Delta Village Mobile Home & RV Park

Currently staying in the RV Row. We love that they have concrete slabs and that we also get access to the playground. It is a very quiet and beautiful place. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Just moved in. So far only good things. Nice clean living space. Parking is appropriate and dedicated to each home. Communication seems to be very important to the management so that's a plus. Time will tell but I have a good feeling.

With a sad heart I'm moving away from this great neighborhood. I'm gonna miss this fantastic place I was able to call home for the last 3 years. I was completely right about what I said when I first moved here and I stand by it. If only they existed in the next city I move to! Haha. Thank you for all you did!

My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years. We love the owners and employees here. It is such a beautiful community and we feel very safe . We feel as though we are living in a vacation site and don’t want to leave . The community is so clean and quiet .The manager here is so very sweet and the owners and her have Christian ✝values. We never thought we would be happy living somewhere else after residing in our former home for 52 years. A great place to live happy 💕

We are relocating to the area next month from Iowa. This place is incredible! It is the nicest, and cleanest Mobile home park I have ever seen! We will surely be applying for a new home here!

I love it here at Delta Village my boys and I have been here almost 5 years its very quiet and clean safe place to raise your kids Mrs. Lisa and staff are great

I've been here since late October and so far, no complaints. This little neighborhood is tucked away and quiet. My kids and I feel safe here. Everyone I've encountered have been friendly. The office staff is accommodating and nice. When I have had a maintenance request, they've come out that same day or the very next day. I'm happy I decided to move to this little neighborhood.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Delta Village Management for quick response and attention to the needs and work orders of the trailer I live in. I'm very impressed and grateful for your speedy response. I've live here going on 4yrs, I'm so grateful how safe and secure I feel, especially with the kind of work I do, in and out all times of night. The constant flow of up keep of the property is absolutely phenomenal.

This by far is the best place to live....

Delta Village is a wonderful place to call home. I looked at several places, all around the delta, and Delta Village was the only one that made me feel like I could live here for a long time. It is truly astounding how nice every thing and every one is. Since I have been living here, I have found you get complete privacy, a staff that cares about your home, and that cares about you as a person. There is no other place I could call home. Also, they are constantly improving! I could not be more impressed with the constant hard work that is being put into the community. My hat’s off to the staff at Delta Village!

After living here for 3 months since March, I can say I am truly pleased with the atmosphere!! Its so peaceful and quiet here, not only do I enjoy it but my kids love it as well!! I can actually let my kids walk down to the playground and not having to be worried about their safety, as far as being harmed.. My neighbors are well rounded people, nice, and courteous! Not only that, but the office mgr, Quanna is not hesitant on helping if I need anything or have questions, as well as the entire staff! She Is such a sweet person, she really is..

We absolutely love living at Delta Village! They are always looking for
ways to make it better. The brand new private gated entrance with all
the brick work and lighting they added is just amazing. My home is
gorgeous and my kids love the new massive playground! The live night
time security and cameras area big plus. We try to tell everyone we know
about it! We honestly believe its the nicest place to live in the
Greenville area! Planing on staying here a very long time. What a
blessing to have a place like Delta Village to call our home. Wish we
could give them 10 stars!

Delta Village is a great place to call home. I have been here two years now and I love living here. It is quiet, safe for your children to play, and the people here are friendly. The property manager does everything she can to help in any way possible. I am glad to be a tenant here.

There have been big changes last year a awesome play ground and picnic area so wonderfully for family this year it is unbelievable how nice we look with the roads black topped as well as some drive ways. We are now a gated community. Lovely brick work with new lights. The owners, office staff and maintenance are all terrific people.. we have rented from them since 2008 and everyone of them have gone above and beyond what is required. I think of them as friends and family. The people are friendly and quiet and care so much if you miss walking the dog as usual the would keep a eye out for you some will even check on you. All they ask is to follow some simple good neighborly rules. Keep you lot cut and looking nice. Drive slowly watch for kids.don't be loud with you music. Seniors this is great for retired folks. For the youth the bus picks everyone up and brings them home. I can't find anything to complain about. A happy friendly place to live come join us..

I’m a truck driver and had a delivery here. I have to say they were some of the nicest most welcoming people I’ve ever delivered too. A gentlemen named Ricky come out to my truck introduced himself, and told me where the facilities were if needed. Then later that evening brought me a dinner plate and told me to enjoy my supper. I was very moved by this! He said we take care of our truckers bc they keep this country rolling. The rest of the staff and even the owner that I met were outstanding and more than welcoming and I was only there over night to deliver.

We arrived early in the evening after a long day of driving to avoid a powerful line of thunderstorms. The office was closed but we were able to contact the manager and owner by phone. The RV park was full but we were graciously given the option to stay in the adjoining parking lot. The owner met us in the parking lot and made sure we had everything we needed to dry camp, including a free bag of ice which came from his personal office's ice-maker. We highly recommend this park for its cleanliness, hospitality and wonderful southern charm. Thank you for your kindness!

I've been living on the RV Row for 8 months and never had a problem. I feel safe. It's quiet, clean and well-managed. But the best part: They are not afraid to give God the Glory. They are Christians and
God's hand is upon this little community. A great place to call home!

This community is absolutely beautiful ! This is the cleanest, quietest, and cutest mobile home neighborhood I've ever seen. I'm very confident in the level of safety and security that is out here. Im definitely satisfied with the choice our family has made to call this our home

Delta Village is the nicest RV campsite and mobile home park in the Greenville area, much nicer than the Cotton Land Homes RV Park a few miles up the road. It is clean, quiet, safe, well maintained, and owned by very nice, helpful people. They are constantly making additions and doing renovations, making the place nicer. It’s been a great place to live!

Delta Village is a very safe and secure place for your family. They have a wonderful playground facility. They are fast about fixing things, if you have a problem. There are friendly people that work in the office. It’s a great place to live, very lovely!

Delta Village is a wonderful, quite place to call home. The best place I've lived so far. Its quite, and safe with great neighbors. Its also clean and the manager of the property takes great pride in the keeping the property clean. You don't see many mobile home communities like Delta Village!!

I have been here for a year already. Have a big job in the Delta. It’s great to come home to my motorhome and know everything works! The maintenance is superb. The managers are fabulous. The owners are like family. As long as I working in the Delta......this will be home✅
