The Men's Mall Store was a wonderful experience. Mr. Steven took his time and heart into helping my son look and feel his best. I can't recommend highly enough.

Mr Samuel's guided me to the greatest look from the floor up and when I put on my tailored suit I feel like a superhero. Mr. Steven did a great job customizing suits for me and my 10 groomsmen in just a few months! He has a one of a kind store, and takes high pride in his work. Mr. Steven communicated with us well and brought us into his shop multiple times to make sure our suits were exactly how we wanted it. Mr. Samuels was able to custom fit a suit to my ‘unique’ body. Not an easy task. He is skillful and genuine. You may have to go a few times for fittings, but the end product is well worth it.

I was back home in October and had brought a friend from Bermuda. We both shopped quite a bit and needed alterations to some clothes we needed for the next part of our trip but only had a couple of days. Steven met us for measurements outside of regular hours and had our items ready collection at the set time. The work was top notch professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this store and his services.

Had a great experience with Mr. Samuels! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and encouraging. I needed some pants and a suit jacket fitted and waited til the last minute to even try and contact someone. He got me all set up in under a week and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I don’t even have a Google account but I made one just so I could leave a review for this place. This man is awesome. Small business here near downtown Conway with big business style. He helped me through an outfit top to bottom. He doesn’t push or pull you either way. He gives his honest, professional opinion and leads you through different options and variations that will work for you. Pricing is very reasonable and plus you get his personal expertise and help. Not going anywhere else for my suite and tailoring needs.

My father passed away earlier this year and Steve, squeezed me into his schdule. The suit I ordered was not correct but it was something that got lost in communication between I and Steve. Since the funeral was the next day, I wore the suit, it was nice but not the one I requested. Weeks afterwards, I called Steve and advised him about the suit and he kindly replaced the entire suit. Not only did he replace it but he allowed me to get another higher priced suit for an upcoming interview. The suit was beautiful. Another issue arose with the replaced suit after getting fitted. We had scheduled for me to pick up the suit but somehow I wasn't on the schedule. Steve went out of his way and delivered my suit to a basketball game while he and his family were out on the town (he original asked if he could personally deliver it to my house).

The BEST tailor around! He did such a great job with my suit for my wedding. He even took in the shoulder points! He was really fun and has great taste. It was easy to trust him such an important part of our wedding! I will keep going back.

Mr Samuels is the best! He got my 2 beanpole teenagers looking sharp in a very short amount of time. His tailoring is wonderful and he is super nice to work with. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible

I must say that I was very impressed with this business. Mr. Samuel's broad selection of men's clothing and selection is very versatile. I must say he has some exquisite taste in men's fashions and eye for style as well. As for myself shopping for suits for men in the plus size range of 2x and above he defintley has you covered. He has made a customer for life and will continue to do business here at The Mens Mall Store. And onto of that can custom Taylor you a suit or whatever sort of event you need to have he has got.

My experience here was nothing short of great. I called the day before super bowl Sunday with a last minute request to get a jacket resized for my dad. Mr Samuels got it done by Monday and was so kind and helpful especially considering my dad couldn't be there to get measurements. The work was excellent and everyone said how great it looked.

I came across The Mens Mall Store when searching for a graduation suit at the last minute. Steven was absolutely fantastic! He accommodated me on very short notice. No joke - I showed up at 11 a.m. and had my fully tailored suit in hand by 2 p.m. the same day. Talk about customer service!

I highly recommend this store for anyone needing a suit. The owner is super nice and friendly and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband’s suit looked good. My Husband is 6’5 and hard to find clothes for but this store was able to deliver a nice suit and much more. Absolutely amazing people and we learned he is a 4th Generation Tailor. We will be coming back to this this store for any of our suit needs in the future.
