Dr. Stephen A. Broughton, MD

Dr Broughton has been great. However his services are compromised by the TERRIBLE nursing staff at the Pine Bluff Mental Health Center on Rike.
I called my prescription in 3 days before it was due. The nurse who I spoke with had no idea what to do even though We had done this before. She said she would have to message Dr Broughton and the 'Pharmacy' would call me to let me know when my prescription is ready. Next day I checked my pharmacy and they had no prescription requests for me. I called the nurse back and she said 'Oh didnt you hear that you need to have another consult'? I said 'No you never said that when I called'. She said 'Oh you must not have heard'!
This nurse absolutely did not mention anything to me about a consult and she was only trying to make excuses for why she didnt do her job. I think she is most likely old and forgetful..definitely incompetent.
It makes Dr Broughton look bad.

Dr. Broughton did nothing while my father slipped further and further into depression, despite numerous calls from my mother asking for help. Their response over and over again was give the meds more time. He ultimately ended his life.
