Frigon Jacquelyn MD

I had a stroke in 2013. I was in the E.R. the first time I met Dr. Frigon she has been my Dr. since then. Yes I have had long wait times and on occasion dealt with rude staff. But that doesnt bother me, Dr. Frigon is a very intelligent and capable Dr. I feel blessed I ended up with her in that ER that night. I see her twice a year for follow up. It has been my experience listening to other people you either really don't like her or you do. And that's okay, my review Dr.Frigon is the best neurologist in Pine Bluff and if I'm having a stroke or other neurological problems she's the one I trust.

I have to agree that there is a very long wait but I will say that the staff was very nice to me. I do feel Dr Frigon wants to make sure to give the best care to her patients. I will say that there was a mix up on my prescription and it was fixed ASAP!! I honestly believe a lot of the complaints about this office and Dr come from people who get angry because of the wait and by the time they get to the back they are so upset that no matter how good the Dr or staff are they are already so mad that nothing or no one can please them.

I've seen Dr. Frigon for many years now. And, I can tell you'll that she cares for her Patients. However, like any Dr's appointments you've to wait past your appointment time ⏲ just to be seen.
So, get ready to sit down for awhile.

I love Dr. Jacquelyn Sue Frigon. She care about her Patients, and she does her best, to make sure, they're taken the upmost care for them. Plus, she'll go outta her ways, to make sure, that your Medicines, are the right doses, to fit your body frame.

The reviews were awful, however I found the doctor and staff to be professional, kind and very helpful. The doctor explained things to me and listened to my concerns.

I love Dr.Feigon she's sets and talks to u about ur pain doesn't get in any hurry she's takes her time and listens to u thats the kind of Dr. I like

Great sometimes there is a waiting time in the office but all in all she is a great doctor

My Mother was taken down to have test done. Dr Frigon came around the corner on her motorized wheelchair and said VERY rudely “Move it you can’t stop in the middle of my way”
Well excuse us princess witch on your mobile chair you are no more important than my Mother. Not one bit more important- None, zilch, zero

It may not be the Dr. even though the first time I met her she fell asleep 3-4 times during my observation as I was talking. Let’s talk about her staff. They lied to me 2 weeks straight on a very important prescription that helps with my epilepsy, these young ladies did not answer my calls anymore for a week and when I called to double check on week 2 they hung up in my face 3 times back to back. VERY RUDE GROUP OF PROVIDERS AND THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE AN OFFICE

Very rude staff. They told my cuzin that she couldn't go back with her HUSBAND... that has memory loss. Doesn't sound right and after reading these comments she needs to be investigated for FRAUD.

Horrible experience would give 0 stars if I could. Appointment at 12:30 was not called back until after 2:00 and then waited even more. The waiting room was a sauna and the bathroom in the lobby the toilet ran constantly and the entire waiting room smelled like a port-o-potty. Once they called me back the tech asked if I was ok and I told her no and told her how long I had been waiting. She then told me I needed to calm down and told me to go sit back down in the lobby. I refused so she went and got someone else to get my vitals. Once that was done I sat and waited again. When the doctor came in she asked how I was doing so I told her I had been better and she rolled her eyes took her glasses off and asked if we were gonna have a problem. I told her she asked the question I gave her an honest response that I had been better and was frustrated at the wait and attitude from her staff. She told me to stop yelling at her and asked if I was gonna stay angry the whole time. I told her I had no reason to not be angry. She rolled her eyes again and processed asking me questions. She wanted to schedule me another appointment, I told her no way in hell would I be back for any further care by her and walked out.

Not good she doesn’t start see patients till 1:30 I have been waiting on her to call the medicine that she wanted my father to take for 3 days called the office every day multiple time and was told is will be sent I just gave up called his pcp and they are referring him to someone else even his pcp was not happy with dr frigon

Appointment scheduled for 3:30. Seen at 7:15. Got home at 9:00. Patients not notified there would be a delay.

Absolute awful experience with this doctor!

Always late you may have a 2 30 appointment but you won't be seen for at least two hours

Waiting takes forever. You will spend over 3 hours waiting and only max 15 minutes of her seeing you.

WORST DR IN HISTORY. THIS DR. BILLED MY MOTHER & NEVER SEEN OR READ ANY RESULTS. WE HAD OUR MOTHER TRANSPORTED TO LITTLE ROCK FOR HOSPITAL CARE. PATIENTS BEWARE OF FALSIFIED BILLING PRACTICES. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

If you want to set in a office for 4 hours before you see the Doctor, than she’s for you😡
