1000% my favorite store. Also the people are amazing. Frank the manager is the realist! He makes his customers feel appreciated. Candice is so sweet and she is just as attentive as frsnk. The delovery guy is cool too. Hes on time an awesome

I want to share my experience with Rent One, Candace went above and beyond to make sure I had the furniture I wanted down to how soft the couches are. The delivery team also was amazing they were very helpful and completely professional!!

Service was great and customer service has been great and they have responded in a timely manner!.

Aaron was very friendly helped me with setup on the washer and he was very nice on delivery along with my dryer!! I'm very satisfied with the quality and price of course the staff are very helpful and I am a senior citizen and the staff made sure everything was working well. I was able to get my furniture online and the auto pay was just what I needed. Many. Senior citizens who aren't able to make it to the store have no worries.

I have been a proud customer of this Rent One since 2020 and Frank has helped through every purchase that i have made. I have gotten a stove from him,a drier and the story on my washer i have never seen someone like Frank who went out of his way. We wanted the matching washer for the drier we already had he had called every store looking for this washer nobody had this washer. He finally found one drove and went and got this washer just for me and now i am enjoying the matching set. This is the place i will only go to, If you need help they are they to help you throuogh the whole process. The whole team are great people and Frank and his team are a great asset to people like me who need help finding the right product that fit my budget Awesome job to Frank and his team keep it up !!!!!!!

I've been with rent one for a few years now and have never been happier. The associates are all friendly and have taken care of everything I needed. Ive had an issue with a stove I bought from them and after waiting for the repair for weeks and not hearing anything they immediately brought me another stove. Great service.
