When I first thought about moving here I checked the reviews first and I will admit they had me a little worried. Listen, don't believe them old reviews that was old management baby. Cornelia coming through for the new management. She on it!! I have no complaints. They have been remodeling and updating things. Cornelia is very professional and will make sure every detail is complete and done correctly. I am happy to call Chapel Ridge of Conway my home.

Cornelia is the new community manager and is doing a phenomenal job! I just recently moved in and EVERY concern that I had, she was on top of it making sure my apartment is in tip top shape! I very much appreciate all of her diligence. Anibal and the maintenance team have been on top of the repairs that I’ve reported.

I have had no issues since moving into Chapelridge of Conway except for needing a couple of minor repairs. The manager was very professional, friendly and had someone over to handle the repairs quickly. I've had no problems with neighbors thus far, when I take the dogs out almost everyone I've come across has said hello or smiled. Now that Spring has arrived, landscaping has been at work and the grounds are nicely trimmed and clean. I don't have any negatives to write and hopefully it will stay that way! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

When I first seen the reviews,I was like Nawl, but when I got there I was in shock . Because I met the new property manager Cornelia, she absolutely is the best .. She's very professional, kind,and patient. The apartments are very nice as well. She stays on top of her job.. Chapel Ridge she's a keeper.✨💛

I honestly have to say, these apartments are pretty awesome from what I have seen the past 4 to 5 years. I lived in apartment 323 for a long time and we have some of the greatest memories of our lives from living there. All of the neighbors that lived beside us were awesome 3-4 years ago.

Since then we moved out; but later chose to move back in (to a different apartment number of course.) Everything has always been quiet; sometimes too quiet. In the daytime you can hear birds and kids playing outside. It is rather nice. The new apartment manager/owner's name is Horace and he has been doing an outstanding job. They even had a community meet and greet with hamburgers, hotdogs, and pizza not too long ago. Everybody was having fun and happy.

The maintenance guys, manager, neighbors, and staff are all amazing. I just wanted to let all of those guys know that my wife and I appreciate all that they have done here. Thank you for changing this place for the better.

Cornelia was the best I have ever had in customer service. Quickest to reply to any and all communications a very dedicated and hard-working community focused woman. She went above and beyond and I am truly thankful for all the extra time and effort she put in for me. She is a blessing and truly amazing!

Cornelia was a great help especially considering that I wanted to tour and move into an apartment immediately. And SHE MADE IT SUPER CONVENIENT AND EFFICIENT. Give her a call immediately if you need help with living arrangements.

CC the property manager was great! She was really friendly and professional she told us everything we needed to know about the apartments, she got us in quickly and has been extremely helpful during our move in.

Cornelia has a great personality she was very professional when I came in for a tour even though I wasn't able to see one because one wasn't ready but she told me everything I need to know about the property.

Love the Manger, nice and affordable apartments.. I Have never in my life came across a property manager that can multitask give a tour and take care of the residents at the same time and still be very professional at the same time awesome job Cornelia 👏 👌 🙌

Cornelia Is wonderful I have no complaints when she stepped in after shavon who I’ll say was terrible left she’s done nothing but try and fix my situation people are complaining about her not responding ect but she been very busy trying to fix things in the community that the last lady messed up i was put in as a transfer and I’ve never in my life stayed in chaple ridge she has been trying to get my situation fixed as fast as she can also She’s not ruse she’s stern and honest as she should be and she has no issue with getting things in order pleaseeeeeeee keep her out here as our property manager.

Cornelia has been very helpful to us work with us with our situation and answered every question we needed and got us into a an apartment asap she hella cool to talk too and one of the best apartment managers I dealt with

I have been a mailman for several years and Cornelia the Manager is awesome she makes sure we got water she is a cool person Thanks.

Chapel Ridge of Conway is under new management now. Things are quiet and I have had no problems that have not been taken care of in a timely manner.

The property manager was so nice. She got me moved in with no problem. The environment is nice and quite. I love it here!!!

This is a great apartment complex! It's super quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and great about getting maintenance requests done quickly.
