This is now one of our favorite campgrounds, and we will be back. It was SO quiet, beautiful, spacious and very well maintained! A bonus was to have great cell service! 30mb download with ATT, and 8mb download with Verizon. There were only 5 campers on the loop when we were here, but all of them were respectful and turned off lights at night. If someone did leave them on, they are far enough away they probably wouldn't bother you.

I highly recommend this campground! Photo is site #1.

We went with 7 adults and 2 young children and had a wonderful time. 5 of us stayed in lakefront cabin and the rest in camper. Everything was wonderful…The cabin, the lake, and the grounds around cabin. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back! The only negative was the bike trails were overgrown with brush and lots of poison ivy!

While evacuating from Hurricane Harvey, I ventured into this campsite by chance & what a great chance it was:

The campground was very peaceful & the water was very clean. Overall it was quiet except the dock was a “party central”, which I didn’t mind since it was kind of far from the campsites.

Came over for relax and mountain biking, place is deserted, two campers mid week. Not close to water but probably why it's so quite.

Great campground, we go very often. Could use additional lighting at some of the road intersections, as it gets pitch dark and hard to see. Sugar ants are really really bad right now, bring poison and spray your car tires, camper tires and stabilizers and a barrier around your tent. Ants were inside in our camper within an hour of arriving and we fought them the entire weekend. Also got inside my truck pretty bad, a week later and I’m still killing them after detailing and spraying the carpet.

Otherwise a great camping experience. Highly recommend this campground.

An absolutely beautiful place to camp. Would have liked to stay more than just the one night we were there but it was just a stop for us. We have a 33’ travel trailer. $13 for one night is such a deal. Beautiful walk to lake and around the woods! A scenic drive to the campground too.

We stayed in the duplex cabins which are right off the water and within walking distance of the marina store. There's a fireplace, full kitchen, lots of storage and great beds. The duplex cabins can be connected for large gatherings like reunions. There's a nice hot tub on the balcony with views of the lake and a small grill is available as well. Nice, quiet relaxing place to stay!

We had to come here cuz Alpine is shut down cuz of flooding. They had some kinda mountain bike race. Mostly older youth. I wanta say for a camp ground to have over 400 college kids in it I was shocked at how well behaved they was. They did play loud music but shut it down before midnight. We have our 7 year old grandson up here for spring break & he had fun watching the lights & hearing the music ( no nasty music either )

Iron mountain . You can choose a mountainous view camp exo. Or, a mountain view with little trails down to prestine lake degray. You have one of the best marina's In Arkansas. It is so clean, it is ridiculous! The wildlife is abundant. It is a Corp camping experience at its finest! Ask for " Taran, she will check you in and get you settled... All with a smile!
