Good salon. I rarely get my hair done but this is the only salon I go to since prom in 2018. My recent experience with Madison has been the best so far. Gotten my fixed from a faded copper to a dark reddish brown and looks great. Highly recommend!

Morgan is awesome. Very pleased and satisfied with my first experience getting lashes :-)

Still very please with Morgan and the Salon. Always feel welcomed. The setup of the lash room is awesome and relaxing.

I just recently changed salons and it was hard trying to pick a new one, let alone a new stylist. I have to say I'm very pleased with this salon. Shayla does an excellent job with the way I ask her to cut and color my hair. I'm not sure what she does when coloring my hair but it looks and feels amazing. Even after washing it, its always so soft. My hair is never hard and brittle feeling like other salons I've been too. Everyone is so nice! I highly recommend this salon!!

I have been to quite a few salons in Conway for many different procedures and each time I was utterly disappointed in the outcome, it was as if the beauty community here lost it passion for stellar quality in any and every service provided, I was feeling absolutely hopeless because if we as woman are honest the state of our face and hair lend to our self-confidence and emotional fulfillment and I was lacking that luster....Until Madison and I had a hair color appointment....Not only did her professionalism and talents land superior but so did her positivity and kindness and all I can say is I'm so grateful to Salon West as a whole and it's incredible atmosphere and staff and to Madison herself, you are a mighty shining star and I'm blessed to have met you...I feel so amazing and beautiful 🫶

I have used Salon West twice before for haircuts , coloring, eyebrows and they ALWAYS do an amazing job!!! It doesn’t even matter who you get their stylist know what they are doing !!! I made a mistake today and tried a different salon today salon Bella . It was not a great experience my haircut was ok but it wasn’t done as good as what I’ve had at salon West but it wasn’t terrible. My eyebrows on the other hand who know a salon could mess them up so so badly. It was the worst eyebrow wax I’ve ever had you couldn’t even tell they did much salon Bella left wax on my eyebrows and I didn’t even have an arch to them . Luckily for me I know exactly where to go to get them corrected Salon West !!!!! Salon West took great care of me and now my eyebrows look fantastic. Thank you so so much Salon West!! I won’t be going anywhere else for my salon needs I’ve never had a bad experience at Salon West I’m forever your client from now on !! ❤

I loved going to this salon! Prices are great, and Emma did an amazing job with my hair. I had a bad experience at a great clips and decided to pay more for my hair and it was totally worth it. Thank you Emma for taking care of me and I will definitely be coming back to you on my next haircut!

Friendly atmosphere. Great service. Emma wad my stylist today. I showed her a photo of my inspiration, and she nailed it. Booked a color appointment for my daughter while we were there. Can't wait to see her work her magic again!

I got my hair done the other day by Emma, she was amazing!! Positive attitude, and super fun to talk to! I moved here from Oklahoma and was really struggling to find a great hairdresser but she was it!! I absolutely LOVE my hair and overall had a great experience!☺

Absolutely love this place. I called in to ask them if they had something available. They did and the lady that did it did a fabulous job. I love it so much I will be back.

Lady's are great. They have a small shop in the salon with items to purchase. Always have a great time at my appointments with them.

Shayla is the best. She does my lashes and hair and I am always a satisfied customer.

I booked an appointment with Shayla looking for a new stylist and she did not disappoint! She was very friendly and welcoming and listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I can't wait to go back for a color!

I really enjoyed my experience at Salon West! Candi listened to what I wanted and she really delivered. Moving back to the area after being away for over 20 years, I was stressed trying to find a salon that made me feel comfortable and provided excellent service. I’m so glad I called! I will definitely be making this my new home salon!!

We are traveling and I needed a last minute appointment to get a hair cut. This salon made it easy to book online. Emma was efficient and used the photo I took to give me a very nice cut.

The best hair dresser I been to in along time, really blessed to have had Madison Hanson to take care of Me she took care of what was an emergency to me, back to normal now. Really knew what she was doing.
