I recently purchased a washing machine from Dixie Furniture in Wynne. The store delivered it not only the same day but delivered it within about 30 minutes of purchase. Upon arrival, I realized I might be missing hoses. I contacted the manager Grady Gilbert who stated they were out but a local hardware store would have them. Because I was blocked in, I asked Grady if he could bring them to me. Not only did he bring them, he had to return them for missing washers and bring them back. He stayed till they were hooked up. Now that's great service.

This is a great store i live in Detriot Michigan.my friend had a stroke he ask me to send him Dixie numbers he was in need of a recliner chair. I google the
number and message to him they had it they brought the chair out the same day setup and all Thank you!! For a job well done ..keep up customer satisfaction you keep customer coming back and spreading your name of excellent

Great product knowledge. We went in to purchase a bed, they put us right onto the right bed for us at a great price. They then fit us in as a unscheduled delivery in their busy schedule. We are impressed and very happy with the bed and service provided.
