Chili's Grill & Bar

Never a bad experience at this location. I had a full rack of their fall off the bone ribs which never disappoint! The drinks are always spot on and service is awesome! It's been great for at least the last decade.

Had a server I’ve never seen before and she was AMAZING! Purple braided hair (very pretty), her name was Tiarra. Really took care of us and was very diligent. Made sure we had drink refills even before our last one was gone. Her attitude was great and she was very helpful with the menu. Even had a few suggestions that were amazing. Recommended the enchilada soup and I definitely will be back!! GREAT service and food. I’ve come here often and she was by far the best server I’ve had!!! I hope she sees this and I hope I get her next time we come in. Great conversation with her she’s so friendly. Thank you to the kitchen and to our server! My husband and I just adored her!

Love to dine here and grab to go on nights that I don’t feel like cooking! This location never lets me down! Food is always correct and delicious!

It was my first time going here and it was amazing! My server Jordan was amazing and super friendly and attentive. The double oldtimer burger was delicious aswell as my mac & cheese! I had a great time eating out at Chili's with my girlfriend.

Food is great and service is great too , the special lunch menu for $10 has a very nice choice food.

We had a great lunch today my son did the pic 3 and I had the shrimp tacos side salad and streat corn. His appetizer took a little longer than it should but we didn't care but the manager came over an apologized. We said it was okay but they gave us a free slice of cheesecake. It was really good

It was very quick service! Almost eerily quick... The drinks were delicious. The food was delicious.

Forgot the gentleman’s name (my server) but came in by myself. Sat at the booth near the door on the left side. I never write reviews, but he was on his A game and I travel for a living and it was the best service I’ve ever gotten. Save this man at all cost, he’s the Jason Bourne of serving.

So me and my friends had a new server tonight his name was Chris and he was new and he needs some work but over all he great attitude, amazing personality with work knew the menu, was late on meal but overall the experience we had with him was amazing will definitely come back had amazing talk with him and I can never leave this place!!! And also he just need slow down and take slow that’s all, but overall I wouldn’t mind having him as a server again, thank you Chris for amazing evening!!! We definitely back!!!

Server, Crystal was amazing! Introduced to their potato soup in Indiana. Had it today and it was so so very good.

I had a rib eye steak w/mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The steak was cooked medium like I ordered and the potatoes and broccoli were perfect. My waitress was very personable and ensured I was taken care of. My experience was totally enjoyed. It had been many years (over 25 years) since I last visited a Chili's Restaurant and that visit was not enjoyable at all. I'll be back to Chili's Restaurant in Conway, Arkansas.

I absolutely love this place! This is one of my favorite restaurants ever and I could eat here all the time. One of my favorite things they have here is their chips and salsa, their salads with their ranch dressing, their chicken tortilla soup, fried pickles, and their burgers. I love this place, Here!!!

Had a wonderful time stopping by to eat lunch in Conway and had great experience. Staff was lovely and our hostess Breanna I think was very nice and outgoing . She gave me a great recommendation on what to eat and was a great help ! Would go again

Excellent service at the bar for lunch! Bloody Mary, extra salt and a handful of olives instead of celery. Yum!

Had a blast here today with my sister the food runner Bre was literally so incredible!!! She brought us everything we needed and had great conversations even though she’s not a server when she becomes one she’s gonna be a killer !! Ten out of ten

This business knows what true customer service and loyalty is all about. Yesterday my extremely pregnant daughter (39 weeks) and I were in Conway to wrap up some loose ends before she birthed her baby in a couple of days. We were nearby Chili’s and she’s been craving their chips and salsa so we pulled in. It was 20 minutes before opening. I took a chance and called, and I explained to the young lady on the phone that we are from out of town and this is our last chance to get my daughter some chips and salsa before baby comes! She asked her manager and before we know it they were hand delivering chips and salsa out to our car! What a pleasant surprise and what an impressive gesture. We will continue to be loyal customers of Chili’s because of their kindness and over the top service… and amazingly delicious chips and salsa! 🌶

This location is always great, and it shows with how busy they are. We dine in several times a month and the food quality and service never disappoint. It's a place where both the kids and I can enjoy.
