Young's Barbecue

Great lunch buffet! Loved the porch chop and meatloaf. Can't say enough about those rolls either. They even had pineapple cake but I was so full I didn't even get a piece. Super friendly atmosphere. This is the closest diner to my home so if I'm in town and want a nap after lunch this is where I go!

Always good! About everything you want on a country buffet. Pork chops are excellent!

The chicken is amazing, the square rolls were soooo good. But the barbeque was only ok, the sauce was terrible but we might've gotten a bad one or something. The Service is why I gave this 5 stars, my daughters and I were weary to enter but we were gladly welcomed by the woman at the entrance. There was a also a woman going around asking if people were doing good, she was very kind to us as well. Will definitely be back when we're back visiting at the college!

Somehow I wound up at this place on my way back from Branson Missouri. Was the best food and service I’ve had in a long time and I still think about it several months later. Luckily, I remembered the town and found it on Google maps, so I’ll be anticipating my trip back to Branson just so I can stop to eat here again. Lol.

This is a local favorite, but for good reason. If you want genuine country cookin' this is the place to go. The food here is excellent, and the staff if friendly. They admittedly don't have a wide variety to choose from, but what they do have is some of the best food in the area. If you're passing through on the main highway uptown, it's worth the out of the way drive to go check this place out. They have more than BBQ as well. Typically fried chicken and fried pork chops, and then a daily special. The close at 2:00pm, so keep that in mind.

The buffet was outstanding with the fried pork chops and pulled pork barbecue. Very friendly staff. We'll be back.

I never drive through this area without stopping and enjoying lunch with these fine folks! Hometown atmosphere with delicious food and awesome service. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys home cookin! The Pork Chops are off the chain on Thursdays!

Been here twice in a month. You cant get a more homecooked meal anywhere in this county or the next. Bananas Fosters is delicious. Home made BBQ sauce you put on yourself is outstanding. Reminiscent of eastern Carolinas vinegar based but not as sour and pork is juicy not dry rubbed mistake you find over there in Andy Griffiths neighborhood.

Tuesday is fried pork chops, meatloaf, bbq pork, fried chicken, rolls and vegetables. The hot water cornbread is SO GOOD! I would have taken a pic but I was starvin Marvin! If you love home cooking (I love home cooking!), you need to try Young's.

Friendly staff. They have been on business for years. Wonderful owners, most friendly people you will ever meet. And awesome food.

Diverse, all you can eat lunch buffet. ... wonderful barbecue, pork chops on Wednesday, fried catfish on Friday. .. excellent home style food & friendly service...

This was my first visit there and I loved the buffet style food and the service was great. I will definitely go back.

My family has been eating here for years. This is the only place in Monticello where you can get real, home-cooked, southern food. We love Young's Barbecue!!

We eat there once a month. Most folks there are daily customers, but they are not from Little Rock.

Good lunch buffett, fried chicken, pork chops, bbq beef and sides and a dessert. Friendly staff. Priced reasonable for buffet.

They do have BBQ, but the real treat is the 'home food.'. Pork chops and fried chicken are outstanding!

Love their Pork Chop Wendsday! You can eat all you want and its quite tasty
