Carole was with me every step of the way, explaining things as needed and was at the closing with me as well. From the first moment we spoke on the phone, my husband and I said," that's our realtor. At an instant, we felt comfortable and safe with Ms. Carole. She made us feel that she was truly there to serve us. And she did just that, in less than an hour of speaking with her, she'd already found our first viewing. From beginning to end, she was always prompt in every aspect of our home buying process. She was always available to us to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had, no matter the time of day or night. As this was our first time purchasing a home, she went above and beyond her role as our realtor. She was like our lawyer as well, she made sure we weren't being blindsided or tricked into anything and that everything was accurate and legit. Carole Delaney was recommended to us by a close friend, and we are so thankful to have had her guidance through the purchase of our first home. What can I say about my experience with Carole? I am forever grateful the day we were connected with each outer because I had a goal of owning a home before December 2021 and she more than exceeded that expectation.
