Skinny J's Conway

Lunch on New Year’s Day and the place was empty. We had appetizers. The Ruben egg rolls and the spinach artichoke dip. Both were great! Service was great!

We hit it at an odd hour so had the place pretty much to ourselves but food was FANTASTIC. Service was top notch! "Mason" kept our drinks topped off, checked on us often and was super-friendly with an upbeat attitude! (Good service means more to me than both the food and the price). Place was clean. Prices were standard these days. In sum, good food, reasonable prices, OUSTANDING SERVICE! Tagged it on our life360 to remind us to stop there again on our road trips back and forth across the state!

I went for Sunday brunch and had the Bourbon Berry French Toast (3 pieces of fried French Toast with a warm berry compote) with bacon and a few mimosas. I’ll definitely be back. I added a syrup and a little salt to the French Toast and that made the flavor really pop! I don’t know what bacon they use but it’s unexpectedly fantastic!

This place is awesome! The service and food are impeccable! My husband and I are always looking for new places in town, and this place is one of our new favorites! Here are some dishes you should try:
Crawfish dip
Pork belly Reuben
Mushroom and Gruyere Burger
Buffalo wings!
You won't regret it!

Food, service, atmosphere was great. The waitress got us seated as soon as we got there, their fries are the best. We got the mushroom Swiss Burger and fries for $14. And it is well worth the price!!! My nephew claims its the best he'd had out of all the places he's been.

Second visit, much like the first. Service was excellent, food was surprisingly good and a little different too. The place feels like a bar, but the kitchen puts out some quality dishes. We visited mid-morning and ordered brunch, got the Crab Cake Benedict. Barely could finish it all and would definitely order it again.

My first visit I ordered the Pimento Cheese Chicken - sounds strange but it too was excellent and piping hot. One thing is its a little pricey but I'm gaining confidence that they won't disappoint.

Love the selection of appetizers. If you like spicey the steak / jalapeño quesidilla is worth a try!. LOVE the atmosphere...plenty of tvs with sports...(the razorback's were beating ole miss 21- 7 when we left)...

I've been here various times over the past year with my family. The service, food, drinks, everything is always top notch. Their food is amazing, most recently got the salmon and it was seasoned so well. They had live music on Friday night and he was so good!! We take our kids often, they are under 5 and the servers and everyone are always so kind to them. The best place in Conway to get food and drinks to watch some sports by far or for a fun group dinner.

It was me and my sister first time! I can honestly say we had the best experience. The food was very hot also taste amazing. I still had plenty food to take home. Our server Mason was the best! We where greeted politely as we enter the door /during and after eating. His energy was amazing I will definitely be back again🥰

Ordered take out last night food was so good!! steak quesadillas are the best I’ve ever had & the hot wings were just the right amount of spicy to satisfy my wing craving.

Edit: Our trivia group returned the following week after the manager reached out to us. Firstly, we want to thank the manager for responding quickly and addressing our concerns. To us that really conveyed that you cared and wanted our business. Secondly, we want to thank the Mason and our waitress (believe her name was Lauren or Laura) for taking excellent care of us. We were worried that we would divert attention away from other tables but our food and drinks were served in a timely manner and all orders were correct without us ever feeling like we were monopolizing our waitress. Both Mason and Lauren checked on us several times throughout the night to make sure we were doing well even though they were busy. We left a generous tip for them both and were very happy with the service we received. We felt like an additional server was absolutely needed the night we went as there were 15 teams playing trivia and was as busy as we had ever seen it so we hope the additional server will be a permanent change.

I never leave reviews on restaurants no matter how bad the experience but this was absolutely atrocious- if I could give it zero stars I would. Myself and a group of friends frequently attend trivia on Wednesday nights. We have had poor experiences (long wait times, orders not being correct) with one waitress in particular (Brenda) but have otherwise had good experiences. Tonight, my husband and I arrived first and were immediately seated in Brenda’s section. I ordered a water and he ordered a beer in a bottle. It took him almost half and hour to receive his drink and it was almost 40 minutes prior to the start of trivia when we arrived so they were not busy. Two more couples arrived, one ordered only drinks (a mixed drink and a beer in a bottle) and the other couple ordered food, a water, and a dollar beer. Our last couple arrived and ordered two dollar beers and a mimosa. Food went out before drinks were served and the couple that ordered food did not receive their dollar beer until almost an hour after placing the order (by this time he had gone up to the bar and received two beers). The mixed drink came out but none of the other beers or drinks did until halfway through trivia (trivia starts at 7pm and it was 7:38 by the time food was received and everyone placed their last drink order which was sent out to our table until 8:08). Two people from our party spoke to different waitresses about the problem and one spoke directly to the manager. We were told that the computer system had crashed and they had only just received the order tickets - understandable, however, the food and mixed drink was all on the same ticket so we found that to be extremely untruthful and if that was the truth, we would have appreciated our waitress informing us of the issue. Several times other waitresses tried to deliver food to our table or tables around us and none of these tables had those orders and the waitresses all seemed very confused. The only time Brenda paid us any attention was when we asked for our bills. It was not an enjoyable experience and we would kindly ask Challenge Entertainment to look into hosting elsewhere in Conway on Wednesday nights because we love going to trivia (we aware JJs does it on Wednesday but we have been unable to make reservations to go each time we have tried).

Fabulous food and even better drinks!!! If you go, you must try the loaded fries!! Great place to drink a beer and watch a game!

Lauren was our waitress. We had great service & food! Pimento Cheeseburger was delicious! My husband loved the Bacon grilled cheese!

Lauren makes the BEST dirty martinis!!!! Skinny J’s is the place to come in Conway. Great service and company. Not to mention 1/2 price all wine on Wednesday!!

Hayden was bartending and the entire experience was phenomenal. The food was great, drinks were cold. Definitely give this place a try.

Went with a group of friends last night (Friday). Service… food…. Drinks… everything was fantastic!! The manager is super personable and friendly! Oh and the live music!! Fabulous Friday night with friends! So thankful we have Skinny J’s in Conway!

I’ve always enjoyed my meals here! From my clients to my employees for meetings. The waitresses are always friendly and the meals are really great. The manager is always super friendly and adds that personal touch when visiting. He treats everybody like they are family. Cheers to a great manager that brings customers and a working team together. My cousin and I came into Skinny J's on Sunday 10/23 just before noon to have brunch. (Sorry for the late review!)
Kristen L from CA was our server and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful!
She was so kind, helpful, prompt, friendly and courteous, and she was a breath of fresh air in a not so always kind world.
The food was on point (amazing friend bolonga! Lol) and the beer was cold.
It's so nice to come into a place where you feel welcome and the servers interact as well, not to mention the food being awesome.
I highly recommend this place if you lice in or close to Conway, or if you're passing thru on I-40. It's convenient to the Interstate for sure.

OMG this is a sleeper joint I guess! I’ve been in Conway since March of 2021 and somehow never heard of this place. I ordered their Eggs Benedict and it was superb! The only time I had that dish any better was when my baby child made it for me lol Their menu is just fabulous! I’m looking forward to trying their yardbird and steaks as well haha TRY this place if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time here last night. (4/27) Our server was really good, the oysters & crab cakes were perfectly cooked. My best friend and i don't go out much, but when we do sometimes we stay a long time catching up. They didn't seem to mind, and treated us very good. Highly recommend!
