Burger King

My husband was getting ready leave for work and asbhe kissed me goodbye he told me to expect a knock at the door. He had ordered me a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with hadhbrowns and a medium coffee. It is really good especially since I haven't been feeling good at all lately.

I ordered pickup through the app. These workers were on the ball today, working like a well maintained machine. There were 10 cars in the drive thru, several people eating inside. I ordered the Whopper Jr Duo 2/$5, 8pc chicken fries with french fries $4.99. I earned crowns and my food was ready when I got there..fresh and made exactly how I special ordered. Good job y'all!

I want to add that there were three people working total. That is about half as many who need to be in the back and there needs to be two people in the front if not three working the drive-thru in front. Three people total. Overworked and underpaid for sure. The people working today had Smiles on their faces and they were working so hard. They were covered up. It didn't look like anybody was taking a break to breathe. Heaven forbid somebody needs to go to the bathroom. Understand that when you pull up to fast food places, a lot of them are short-handed and there may be one or two people working, maybe three if you're lucky. It's not going to be as fast as it used to be. Be patient with them, it's also their job and they have to be there for the whole shift short of up to 10 people. If you've never had to run a place like that, then you should do it for a day and you would be wanting to pull your hair out and run away screaming. Whatever these three get paid, it is not enough!

Sometimes quick is good 🙂. Just like ordering an Egg & Cheese Croissant. There was minimal waiting in the drive thru. The food was delicious and hot. The employee was positive and polite. This is how companies win and keep regular customers coming back.

Way better than mostly fast food chains down this way, quality burgers although the juniors seemed smaller than normal. Workers were very friendly, I'd definitely visit this location again!

I love Burger King!! In my honest opinion, Burger King has the best variety and best tasting fast food to be found. They also have the best prices you’ll find. When I’m in the mood for a great sandwich and fries, but don’t have a ton of money to spare, I won’t hesitate to drive 20 into Conway AR to purchase a 2 for $6 couple of sandwiches and some fries at Burger King. I bet you want some right now! I know I do!

I just went to the Burger King on Dave Ward, and I just had the most amazing experience!!! Food was hot, fresh, delicious and it was extremely fast! I went in at 2:34 pm and left the building at exactly 2:37 with HOT FRIES! Can I even express to you how much it means to me to get TEMP FRIES?????? I literally beg McDonalds to give me hot fries and they never do!!! I love the Burger King here and I asked for the manager her name was Jenn, she looks overworked but she still has a smile! I think she said she got there at 6 am that morning and I believe her. The store itself physically was very well cleaned. Although I did see people cleaning, it was near the drink area which didn’t bother me at all, because that area typically scares me. I love the sweet adorable workers, Delia was a doll! I will definitely come here much more often. The chicken sandwich is extremely excellent o don’t know what you guys are doing with that formula bye.

This is the best and cleanest burger king in Conway. Some of the nicest workers and they always do there best to get it out fast and hot.. even when there short handed and only have 2 back there they always put forth a huge effort love this place

I have came here many times and would like to first off say WOW...the service here is good and the employees are really nice. I don't know one of the girls names but I see her in the mornings and she runs drive thru and prepares the orders while waiting on customers. One day I could tell she was really stressed because it was just her and another guy. He was making the food and she was the one doing everything else. She is super sweet and a hard worker. She needs a raise or something!

Best and nicest Burger King ever. The chicken fries were cooked to perfection. The burger taste like an backyard burger man it was great. I will be going back here to eat.

Since opening this BK has been a wild card, to say the least... However recently they have been good! last ate there 12/21 and could say much much improvement! Will try again and update.

The new general manager jenn is such a joy. The food was amazing, hot and fast. This store has come so far so quickly. Love the new smiling faces

Just left Burger King, on Dave Ward, where I got the absolute best Whoppers with extra onions 🤩! Wanted to thank the gentleman (whose name I don’t know) who made them because I visited the other Conway Burger King, about a week ago, and my Whoppers were horrible 😫.

Very clean and fast service. They are always so nice vids the drive thru when I visit, which is usually to buy fries from them after I get ice cream at Andy's next door.

The employees here are very nice and efficient. This location is super convenient & the food is good for a quick bite.

this store is great at making your food the way you want it without acting like its a problem. even when you come in twice in a row for the same weird fish sandwch order because your first order was stolen!! friendly staff!!

Great customer service and fresh food every time I visit. Best fast food place in Conway. Quincy made us fresh food even when they were about to close and had a fantastic attitude. Great guy and great place to eat.

Burger King is always one of our favorite fast food restaurants. The food is really good and the service was very good. The employees are very friendly. Great place to eat.

Only 5 stars because of the great employees. They NEED a raise for all the work they put in and need some more people to help them out

Went to the dave ward burger king , had a great meal , and only made better by the quality service from the manager jenn , i would highly recommend tryin this place out , jenn your the best!!
