The employees was very nice My appointment was at 3:00. I made it there at 2:30 they went on ahead and seen me if they don’t know the problem they will most definitely find out what’s going on. I would definitely be going back if I ever need them again. Job well done

They were extremely amazing!!! They made sure to watch out for me as well. My car went in due to issues with my breaks. When they had diagnosed the issue they game me a call right away. They also kept me informed throughout the entire progress as well with all and any updates there was. They also got the repairs done in a timely manner as well and made sure to get me back on the road as fast as they could.

I called late in the day to make an appointent and they got me in next day when everywhere else I called in town said they were booked for a week plus. This was essential for me to not miss work. They Diagnosed and repaired my front wheel bearings on my 2013 Mustang and gave me a very reasonable price on parts and labor. Year and a half old headache gone within two days.

Wow. They were so helpful with my problem. Very friendly and low key. Yet efficient operation. I'll go back there with any other problems.

Being new to Arkansas, we needed a trustworthy, reliable, affordable mechanic. After calling around to get my car in I landed somewhere that ripped me off. I was about to resort in driving to Little Rock for any mechanical work, until I was recommended to go to Luyet. I made up in my mind that if they couldn't get me in by Wednesday when I called Monday that week for an oil change that I would go to Little Rock. Well as luck would have it, they WERE ABLE to get me in that Wednesday. They were super nice. I even added a small thing to them when I came for the oil change and they accommodated me. They have a system where they text you images of what needs fixing to PROVE why it needs fixing. I absolutely LOVE this. It's not just a print out of what to do, it's proof! Erin and the other front desk lady were so kind, helpful, and quick to get answers to anything I had. They got me in quickly for my appointments and I am VERY happy with the excellent quality of work for the price. Its rare to find a place that doesn't mark up something just because a woman calls about it. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to EVERYONE!! Thank you so much Luyet Automotive!!

Had a problem with my brake light sticking at the most inopportune time. Called Luyet Automotive asked if they could work the car in since we were leaving on a trip. They did and quickly took care of the problem. that is service!!

Replaced full A/C system on sedan. Very thorough in diagnosing and troubleshooting possible issues to ensure cheaper solutions weren't possible and full system replacement was necessary, professional and helpful talking through the process. The clutch on the replacement A/C compressor was loose from manufacturer making a vibrating buzz when engaged after repair. They diagnosed the new issue, ordered replacement compressor, and replaced next day in a very quick turnaround time at no additional expense. All mechanical work was done well at a reasonable price and they stand behind their work. Exactly what I was looking for in a reliable local mechanic to use for future needs.

I had a tire ordered and put on here, and the staff was so kind. The women at the desks answered all my questions over the phone and were never once rude. They checked tire pressure for free as well. The tire only took a day to order, but the wait time was rather long 😕 At least they have a nice little waiting room tucked aside with coffee, couches, and a TV. Recently purchased a newer Toyota vehicle and had dealership swap wheels and tires from older vehicle, as they were in much better shape. Tire pressure monitor error came up and Luyet Automotive reprogramed sensors and replaced one in the spare donut tire that came with the newer vehicle. I have done business with Luyet several times over the years and find them to be THE BEST automotive repair shop, and the most convenient for all my needs in the Conway, AR area!
