They go above and beyond! Super quick and friendly service. Hard to find people like this anymore! Fixed our dryer in about 20 minutes. Will definitely use again if needing an appliance repaired!

Kay at the office returned my call from the weekend promptly and got us on the schedule for the next day during that phone call I provided her with the model number (hoping they would carry spare parts for that specific model). Steve (I'm pretty sure his name was Steve) was communicative, and gave us about 30 minute warning prior to him coming, which was early in the morning (awesome we weren't without for another day). He troubleshot it expertly in no time we were back up and running as he had the part on him to repair! :)

Got my washing machine spinning again! They showed up when they said they were going to show up and they worked hard to get the piece off my washer to save me money. Excellent customer service. Nice people. I will never use anyone else for appliance repairs.

They arrived when they said they would ( A day earlier in my case because of a canceled appointment) and found and fixed the problem of our dryer within 30 minutes. Service call and total cost is very reasonable. I especially appreciated the lady who answered my call in the first place, very patient and professional. And the technician who fixed our dryer is very professional and has a delightful sense of humor. They are a great team! I would highly recommend their service. I am so glad that I find my appliance repair store in town!

I called and he came out next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I price was very reasonable. He did a thorough check on my refrigerator. He had the part on his truck and had my refrigerator fixed quickly.highly recommend

This was a really awesome service. The scheduler was awesome, and the service man was really awesome. He didn’t want to give up on my poor melted wires oven until the thing was fixed. I will definitely use them again if the opportunity presents itself!

I found them through word of mouth on “ask conway” and I’m so grateful I did. They were so knowledgeable and professional. On top of that very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Called Thursday and we were told the technician would be out today, Friday. A little after noon, we were called to say the tech was on his way. He (Jay) arrived and checked our washer (had not been spinning and draining properly). Found the problem, replaced the part, tested the machine, and was gone in about 30 minutes. Very nice guy and very professional. Reasonable price and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Everything I could ask for in a dryer repair, same day service, friendly, knowledgeable, the dryer works and the laundry room looks better than when he came to fis it! And installed an updated duct for the dryer.
