Hearing that a loved one has cancer is the hardest thing you will ever hear BUT feeling like you have someone who knows how to make the process easier on the inside is the biggest blessing I have ever had. She concisely explained where she would recommend changes and why, not trying to sell me something, but rather so that I could make my own informed decision. I've been with the same insurance company for 40 years, but because of the impressive job Laura did getting me better coverages for less money I've moved all of my business to the Randy Reichardt Insurance Agency. Quick and Easy to deal with! Answered the phone almost immediately. Unfortunately the Lady couldn't match the best Quote I had received that day. She was super professional and quick on calling me back with Quotes!

I had a wonderful experience here. The girls here were very helpful and took the time to explain all of my available options. They were able to speak normal English instead of the goobbly goop that other insurance agent tend to speak. I would highly suggest going in and talking to them. I usually hate going into an insurance place because they tend to try and pressure you into switching to their company. This place isnt that way. They don't try to pressure you at all. They answer any questions you have but don't try to strong arm you into a policy. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
