Great service. Paid for the digital inspection and received a report with pictures detailing the service work needed along with an estimate. Was able to approve items individually as needed. They stayed late to get me out the door same day. Highly recommend.

Always great service! The waiting area is cozy and has a tv or you can drop off your vehicle. I love how detailed they are in the inspections and how photos of every single detail of your inspection are taken and provided to you in a report that’s texted to you while you’re there. I would recommend Meineke on Dave Ward Drive to anyone!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff is knowledgeable and thorough in looking over vehicles for service. They even advised that the rear disc brakes would need serviced soon. But wiuld make it to my next oil change. So I will definitely be back for all of my future service needs for my truck. Very pleased with the services they provided me today!

I've found the shop to be very professional and transparent. Harold has been in the automotive business his entire life and understands the value of explaining all repairs to his customers. The crew always keeps their customer's safety in mind and will let you know when they find an issue with your vehicle. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly and the waiting area is comfortable and inviting. Repairs are preformed quickly and prices are reasonable. Have had work done on my truck at meineke. I asked them to check brakes, and was happy when they said only front brakes need work. Very honest people, and reasonable prices.

Meineke went above and beyond what I expected to help me. They diagnosed the problem quickly but instead of fixing it themselves and charging me, they made a point to CALL the store where I purchased my tires, made sure of my warranty situation, and sent me back to the original tire store to have it fixed at no charge. That's true and honest customer service. Thank you!

I trust Meineke Car Care...Simple fuse caused my complete heater an air conditioning system to not work...Within 1 hour of me dropping car off to Meineke...they text me an said my repairs would be approximately $100 for a diagnostic check an the fuse was included with diagnostic...WHAT!!!!....man I was glad to pay them an was relieved they didn't try to get more money out of me by making up false repair scenarios...The dealership quoted me $225 jus for the diagnostic....Other private owned mechanic shops who knows what would have happened dealing with them...THANKS MEINEKE

Great service!!! I never felt like Harold was a sexist. He is always professional and respectful. ALL prices are high, no matter where you go sometimes you have to pay for good service and peace of mind.

The Meineke shop is always our go to. The manager there is always there for us. He and his mechanics go above and beyond to help us out from an oil change to major complications. We appreciate the good customer service there and competence of a manager that knows vehicles.

Excellent service. We were 6hrs from home on a weekend and these guys got us in and fixed our problem quickly. Very pleased and grateful for them.

Driving through AR on 4th of July my engine light began to flash. Not a good sign right especially on a holiday. So I Stayed at the local Motel and waited for the morning of the 5th. 1st call Meineke and YES they could take me right away. Need I say Amazing and soooo much appreciated. The check in was stemless, wait time within minutes, and notifications came via text all the way start to finish. Extremely professional and organized. They took my car back for service and just a few hours later I was back on the road ! What can I say but I had the best experience ever with an auto repair shop. Rest assured you will too as I witnessed other customers receive the same great service as I waited in the lobby. If I could give everyone there five stars I would from front of house to mechanics and anyone else involved in my service. Thanks guys. I so appreciate the care you gave.

Came in expecting the worst as I had an oil leak coming from the engine, bad breaks, and some sensor related emission issues. They were able to diagnose the issues, quote the services, and repair the issues all in the same day. I fully expected to pay a fortune and only paid $1,100 all said and done. I’ll gladly come back in the future should I need repairs!
