AT&T Store

Clinton was a superb rep and manager!! He heard my needs and provided a great solution! Definitely recommend this location for future walk-in service. He definitely has the type of customer care service that he leads by example of how one should be with a customer. Going forward, I won't go to any other location unless he is the representative that will assist me. I've had poor experiences with other locations, even the one I went to prior to going to this location. Hands down, very pleased!! He deserves a raise! AT&T off hwy 107 in Sherwood Arkansas.

Great customer service, greeted me soon as I walked in. Time spent in store was less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant attitude.

Clint was awesome. He went above and beyond to help me order my iPhone 15. He was pleasant and had a fantastic attitude.

The staff here are extremely professional and friendly; they helped me find just what I needed. I would say I had THE BEST customer service experience ever at this AT&T location out of all the stores I've visited since being a customer the past 8 years. Those guys were phenomenal!

A crew of AT&T managers came to my work and offered a promotion on new phones. I purchased 3 of the phones that were to be mailed to my house. The phones arrived but one of them was not a phone included in the promotion and I was being charged full price for that phone. I could not get in touch with the team that came to my work so I went to my local store. Travan, the manager at this store worked with me over a two week period to get this issue resolved. Even though he was not involved in the mistake, he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. I have had several negative experiences with AT&T but Travan made sure to produce a positive outcome. He had limited power at his current position but didn’t let that stop him from finding a way to correct the issue. Travan deserves a promotion to a role that gives him the ability to more easily help people the way he fought to help me.

Luke was practically there to meet us at the door to get us taken care of. He answered all of our questions thoroughly in a way that made it easier to narrow down which upgrade option would be best for what we needed. He went way above and beyond by taking the time to really hear what it is we needed this new phone to do - he broke down the capabilities of each device and helped us research the best of their qualities. He also didn't make me feel ridiculous for being picky about my phone color. Easiest upgrade ever!

Damian was great! Opened the door for us as we came in the store and continued with excellent customer services throughout the visit. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. His team was also friendly.
We switched to AT&T because of the incredible customer service across the board (Internet techs, in-store and phone representatives). This visit to our local store did not disappoint. Very, very satisfied and happy to see a business who has such great, motivated, and overall happy employee. Really makes a difference!

Awesome manager at the Sherwood store. Friendly, great to work with. Just need extra help, or a machine where you can pay bills.

Travan was so patient and nice while I was in the store. He had three customers, a toddler running around, and a baby crying (haha). He was very helpful to all of us, and apologized numerous times for the wait. I thought he deserved recognition for being kind and helpful to each of us, despite how busy he was. I was in there for about 35 minutes and got what I needed. Thanks!

The first day I came in I was greeted by Christopher, who was both pleasant and polite, and he assisted me with a data transfer from by old phone to the new. He informed me about the lengthy process and allowed me to leave the store to run my errand and said transfer should be done. I returned about an hour later and was in and out with no problems, except I left my new phone charger by mistake.. My second trip back I was greeted by Justin for was assisting another customer ahead of myself. I waited less than five minutes before Justin gave me his attention. I was there about some problems signing in and out of my new and old phones with my Apple ID. Justin and Christopher both tinkered around some ideas until a solution was made. Christopher had fixed it somehow. I won’t go into how it’s beyond me anyways. Both also told me to give Apple support a call which Chris was polite enough to put in my contacts list. Oh and they gave me my charger I had left behind. Overall great service and would recommend one hundred percent.

Great experience, although I was only here for a minute, the experience was amazing. The employees were very knowledgeable with all customers and the manager was quick to help the overflow, with a polite and caring attitude. The atmosphere of this store is something you wont find at other locations. Thanks for being such a great ATT location.

Damion was so polite and professional. He took care of everyone in the store waiting & did it by himself.

Rome and staff did such a great job that it made my Christmas shopping much easier instead of going elsewhere to purchase an I phone watch. My wife and I ended up getting two new I phones and an I phone watch 4th generation. I highly recommend this location for great service and any information you need with the new technologies.

The employees @ this location are very friendly. The store manager helped me w/some issues on my new phone & spent almost 2hrs helping when I wasn't in the store to actually buy anything!
