I could buy the watches much closer to home, but I appreciate their honesty and excellent service and extremely fast shipping.I will continue to purchase from them.Highly recommended..

Amazing shopping experience with Thompson’s! I had been hunting a few Seiko presages I’m obsessed with and not only did they offer the best price, but their customer service was outstanding. Answered my inquires timely, watches were shipped in original Seiko boxes with new tags, protective plastics, and warranty cards. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future for my Seiko obsessions ;) highly recommended.

Sought out Thompson's Jewelry for a watch. They are a great, AUTHORIZED DEALER (trust me, this matters) of Seiko watches. I found and purchased the piece I wanted online. Excellent customer service. I recently purchased a new Seiko Limited Edition Dive watch from Thompson's Jewelry Store via eBay.

Seiko has been plagued with noticeable QC issues the last two of three years. When I received my watch, I noticed one of the link pins near the clasp sticking out. I was able to pull the pin out with my fingers. There was NO collar to secure the pin.

I contacted the store explaining the situation, requesting a collar. There were no spare collars available. I was advised they'd be contacting Seiko (Japan) & keeping me posted (which they did). I was advised a link with the pin & collar had been ordered.

After about a month (which is not long considering they came from Japan), I received not 1 but 2 links complete with pins & collars.

For those not familiar with the pin & collar system; the pin is just a bit shorter than the link it is securing and is about the diameter of the lead in a mechanical pencil. The inner part of the collar is roughly the same diameter as the pin making difficult to insert & remove. I have attached a photo of one of the links with an arrow identifying the collar.

I was still able to wear the watch as I removed the bracelet temporarily replacing it with a NATO strap.
