What an amazing hotel. 🤩
After a long day of travel for work it was wonderful to check in to a clean spacious room with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. 24 hour coffee was indeed a bonus. Gal checking us in was very kind and welcoming.
Breakfast in the morning was equally wonderful, hot, and fresh. You can tell that the breakfast attendant cares about her guests.
Front desk gal was super amazing at check out, even taking the time to talk about our dog. Very pet friendly hotel and reasonable pet charge.
We will indeed stay again when we are in the area. Thank you staff.

The room had everything you needed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the fact that fridge had a freezer for my ice pack. Location was easy to find. Close to casino. Breakfast had gluten free choices. Coffee was hot and fresh. Front desk clerk was accommodating about my room requests.

I have stayed here numerous times and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff are amazing!! My room has always been clean and comfortable. My husband and I will stay again and again!!!

This was the best hotel for the price. The rooms were very clean and comfortable although a little dated.The location was kind of sparse but I felt safe. I will definitely consider looking again my next time through.

Nice comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was very good. We had a shower head that was not working well. We were only there to take a break from driving. We just let them know at the desk when we checked out. I would definitely stay here again. Some of the reviews make you leary. It was clean and safe place with hot breakfast which is what we needed!

I like Best Western Hotel chains. Staff is always acomodating, rooms are always nice and clean, and there is no change with this hotel. But there are a few concerns that I have with my room.

1. I'm a larger man, and the desk chair is designed for a smaller frame person.

2. The shower head needs to be replaced. It has options to change the spray, but it is coming apart

3. The sink faucet needs to be replaced. The filter screen is damaged as if someone attempted to dig something out of it.

4. Bathroom towel are old. I say that because they are thin as 8f they had been used a thousand times.

Bryant at the front desk was so hospitable from the time I called to see if they had any rooms available. He truly made our entire experience by being so professional and helpful. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and our English bull dog was welcomed, too! Breakfast was filling and yummy and was the perfect way to start the day off to finish up our drive home! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Room was clean and comfortable, but the reason I’m giving it 5 stars is Charlotte, the attendant on duty the morning we were checking out. We had an accident with the waffle batter dispenser and made quite a mess. Not only did she clean up the entire mess, but she did it with a smile and without making us feel like we’d done anything to put her out at all. Great customer service!

Great property. We travel a lot. Best Western has one of the most comfortable beds of any chain in my opinion. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was not great. There were only 2 omlettes in the pan. Eight people came in after us and I didn't see it get refilled. We decided to eat at a restaurant instead. Front desk directed us to a fantastic local spot.

Stayed there for about two months and had no problems to speak of.
The desk clerks were very friendly and the rooms were clean.
Worked night shift and slept during the day most of the trip and the staff were accommodating to my schedule.
10/10 would return

We stayed here on our way to New Orleans from Kansas. Great location and very nice place to stay. Friendly check-in and clean commons area and rooms. We were close to the main highway and places we wanted to eat.
Highly recommend this hotel if you're passing through Pine Bluff.

The place is a pleasant establishment also it isn't noisy. The breakfast was very nice .The staff very friendly and excellent service! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Talk about a wonderful stay for my family and I! The front desk management Charlotte was great! I'm wowed that such a gem is in Pine Bluff! The staff was very attentive and curtious. The rooms were very clean and neat. I felt very safe with the watchful staff and surveillance. Breakfast was nice as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and my son enjoyed the swimming pool.The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The next time I am in the area again; I will definitely stay there again.

The rooms and service was excellent until my final night. For some reason my trash didn't get emptied, nor did housekeeping clean the bathroom or bring clean towels. The Front Desk, who did not have the responsibility for these tasks took care of business!

Wow! Very impressed with the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Both late night clerk and morning desk clerk ( who pulled double-duty taking care of the breakfast are) were so nice. I would put the rooms up against any 4 star property. I will stay here again with my whole family.location is close to everything you might need.

Very clean lobby and rooms. I enjoyed my stay here. The free hot breakfast was just ok. They had tons of options and all was good but is seemed like the hot food was just microwaved.

Clean, budget and pet friendly. Great for an overnight stay during a long road trip. Great hot breakfast choices (eggs, bacon/sausage, country potatoes, waffles, sausage and gravy, biscuits, muffins, cereal and juices/coffee)
