The Lady's that serve breakfast in the morning are so generous and so sweet.

It is a lady that works in laundry with a Sling on her arm she is very nice very sweet and every time I saw her she had a smile on her face.

I am a truck driver and I am allergic to pork.I stay in a lot of hotels And different states I have yet to find a hotel that serves turkey or beef For breakfast Until I visit Pine bluff Arkansas.

We loved our stay! Comfortable bed, Crystal at the front desk was so kind and the lady serving breakfast was helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here!

And the coffee ☕ never disappoints. I have yet to have a bad cup at any that I have frequent over my travels. In addition, the breakfast scenario delightfully served it's protein filled purpose.

And the staff were very professional and handled themselves in a very trustworthy manner.

I just started my stay here for the next few days, but I wanted to go ahead and get a review out. The folks here have been so kind and so helpful from the moment I booked my hotel (even though I booked 3rd party). Ive had a few changes to my reservation, and each time I’ve called they’ve been accommodating, flexible, HELPFUL, and so kind. The property is a little isolated, but I prefer that. The room is clean and comfortable. Coffee is good, and the biscuits at breakfast were really yummy too. I travel to Arkansas a couple times a year, and will definitely be staying here moving forward!

I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks in March 2021. The staff was very nice and the room was lovely. My refrigerator didn't seem to work well and neither did my ac/heating unit but I was much too busy to worry about either of these issues. They both worked well enough for me. I really appreciate how the hotel chain provides shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash bottles for use, attached to the shower wall. That was really excellent. Also that was the best mattress I've slept on in a while.

I came in town for a dance competition and needed to change hotels at the last minute. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and made accommodations for me. The room was clean, everything functional, and the turkey sausage and pancake maker were a hit with the kids. It is located behind an abandoned mall however, no safety issues. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your next Pine Bluff stay!

Cece was out here holding it down for breakfast!! She’s the BEST! Very accommodating, super friendly..felt like a family member lol Holiday Inn would be nothing without her!!
AND our cleaning lady made our bed for us while we were at breakfast and said she would bring us back more towels after the wash, AND came back with towels as promised! Wonderful experience.

The place though being kinda creepy behind an Abandoned Mall was surprisingly nice. Mr. Carl at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Not only did he help us with our luggage he was also extremely friendly. My kids loved him. Y'all better keep this man around. Anytime we needed something he was so quick to help. We sure do hope to see him again on our next visit in a few weeks

They were behind on cleaning the rooms so had to wait a little bit. However the assistant manager was on point and very helpful. There was also a younger lady working in a very stressful situation she had glasses on super sweet. Even though some of the guests were not being as nice. Overall the staff made it better.

WE had 3 rooms and everything was great and clean and Mrs.Kattie Jordan was helpful and nice and friendly and Ms.Verinda Scott was very nice and friendly as well she made sure its was clean and stock up and Ms. Julie did a wonderful job also with our rooms.And when we come back to Pine Bluff we are staying at the Holiday Inn Express and to see these wonderful ladies again.Oh my husband left his phone and call us to let us know its was at the front desk that was very nice of them. Great friendly location, room was clean, beds slept wonderful. The guy at night time check in left a wonderful impression he's the nicest front desk person we have ever met. Only thing that could be improved would be the washers and dryers all other was wonderful.

This hotel is nice , our room, is nice. It is clean it smells clean , it’s by abandoned mall yes,, but thr is a collards next door tht is open. Wen we checked in hotel staff very courteous,, they serve hot breakfast,, lobby an longe area very clean. Our overall stay is pretty good ,, our experience is good

Clean rooms, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast prepared flawlessly by Kay! We especially appreciated and enjoyed Tyrell at the front desk. He was helpful with a great sense of humor that made our entire family feel welcome! I can’t wait to stay here again!

The staff was unbelievable.. Each staff member we met greeted us welcomed us and asked if we were enjoying our stay.. They answered questions with a smile.. Our room was clean and it was cleaned to our requests as we asked... If ever we visit pine bluff again we will be booking room here.. Also... The breakfast was very good had many options to choose from... Only little bitty problem
Was the pool needed a light cleaning but with it being outside it's understandable.. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable

Stayed overnight for a work trip. The location seemed odd; it's located in the parking lot of an abandoned mall. However the beds were the most comfortable I've had at a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was also good as none of the eggs were burnt or watery from sitting in the warmers for too long.

Very clean and the staff here is great , they try to accommodate you as best as possible. The front desk is very helpful and even the parking lot staff is great . Terrell was one of the parking lot staff that was of great help when I left a package out from my car. He tracked me down to give me back my package. Great team of staff !!!

This place is great. The Front Desk Agents are all super polite and friendly. The Housekeeping Staff all do a great job. The Hot Breakfast is on point. The service is all around S Tier.

We arrived here late from traveling and front desk Devin was very friendly and helped me book our stay and was fast! The hotel was clean and the room was clean! Breakfast was good, Raven was very friendly, nice and helpful! All the staff here was very friendly!

Overall, a good hotel in a convenient location for me. Friendly and helpful staff. A few cleanliness issues need to be addressed and a few repairs in the room are needed. Mosquitos will chew you to pieces if you're outside!
