White River Health exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Kasie, my nurse, was nothing short of exceptional—professional, yet wonderfully personable. Her dedication was evident as she spent five hours meticulously working on my PICC line. The facility boasts a pristine atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. Moreover, I was consistently checked on by the attentive staff, further showcasing their commitment to patient care. White River Health, with its stellar team led by individuals like Kasie, truly sets the standard for excellence in healthcare. Highly recommended.

My mother has been @ White River Medical for 7 days now. We've encountered nothing but professional doctors, kind nurses and wonderful aides. ❤ A hospital stay is never fun for anyone but the staff here has gone above & beyond.

I had surgery here over this last week and i have to say this facility treated me so well! From pre-op, intra-op, post-op, and 4 east. Dr. Edgecombe the nurses, techs, CRNA’s, dietary, an environmental services all were amazing. I wish I could give this place more stars. I couldn’t sing higher praises of a health care facility and its staff!

I am a Physician Assistant student who just finished a rotation with Dr. Luke Edgecombe at White River. He is a General Surgeon there. He is amazing. He cares about his patients and treats them like family. Although he looks young, he is experienced and knows his stuff. I got to spend six weeks with him and observe and help him see patients in the hospital and the clinic. I would trust my own care, and the care of my family to him.

There is some great Dr here. Especially the one who treated me in the emergency room and how he and his colleagues followed up on me. The nurses was awesome and tended to me when I needed it. Thank you guys. I know there is some bad apples you get that everywhere you go I thank God for you all cause I wouldn't be here without you.

This hospital is amazing, they have treated me like family and did a great job on the first big surgery on my right leg I wish the med flight would have brought me here to start with! Thank you Dr's and there helpers

Very good experience. They are very attentive, caring and prompt. Making sure I was comfortable at all times. I’ve been here for almost 24 hours with chest pain and they did everything to make sure I’m good and safe. I would recommend this hospital.

I was refered to Dr. Jeffrey's Office for a Hernia repair surgery. He and his staff was Very kind and considerate. When I went in for the surgery ALL the surgical staff PreOp and PostOp were attentive and caring making sure I wasn't in any pain and informing me and my husband on how the surgery went. I had to spend the night, which is common for a hernia repair. All the aids and nurses on the floor were helpful and very good at making sure I wasn't in pain. They were short handed and I never knew it once. This is my third surgery I have had at this hospital and I will continue to have any procedure or surgery that I need done there. I have 100% confidence in the doctors and nurses at this fine hospital.

This physicality was great for my daughter two years ago and my niece this yer. Easy check in. Everyone is kind and helpful.

Amazing experience with the ER dept. and the 4th floor care team. Went in with chest and stomach pain and vomiting. Within minutes of checking in, I had a team of wonderful people, pain and nausea meds, and headed on the right track to a diagnosis!! Great communication, service, and people!

This hospital has a great team ,& very experienced staff. They're very concerned with the well being of their patients and are on time for most of everything . They've carried me to the bathroom , watched me scream , throw up , pee on myself & haven't judged me one time. I've been in only one other hospital with an amazing experience like this one & that was Ohio State University, where I gave birth to my daughter . This staff has offered to watch my 2 girls while I showered, have handed my girls toys , coloring books , colors , ice creams , lotions ... You name it . All while taking very well care of myself . I'm very great full for this hospital & the great caring people who have helped to make me , me again .

After total knee surgery I had 6 weeks of physical therapy at the White River Health facility. I have nothing but praise for their work with me. Hunter was my therapist and was totally involved with my care and well being. Excellent service all around and such a clean facility also! Thank you all!

We had a great experience with a family member in a very sick time involving a serous surgery! Dr Pack took time to inform us about procedure, risk, and what would need to be done and the concern and prayers he had for the family member. Also met after surgery to inform us of situation and status of surgery. He gave us great care and comfort with his thoughtfulness!!! Great staff of nurses with great care and respect for patient. A big heart felt thanks !!!!!!

Had testing done this morning. Everyone in Ambulatory Surgery was great, kind and reassuring.
Danielle even got my IV started the 1st try, which doesn't happen very often!

I had a total knee replacement by Dr.Angel. the nursing staff is wonderful. Pre-OP was fantastic and post-OP was great as well. Shout out to Anna and Amber, Misty, Muriah, Ben PT, Annie, and Joe respiratory therapist. Great team. I truly was blessed coming back for right knee sokn.

The kindness Shown to my mother , by both doctors and staff, was truly touching. I am so thankful I took her to this hospital. They have restored my hope. Thank you.

I was in the hospital three days . And each and every day my nurse alice crabtree made it comfortering. She went out of her way with a smile , kindness, very caring and just a wonderfully all around of being a RN

Last time I was at Wright River Medical Center in Batesville Arkansas was back in 2006 all the doctors and staff there back then was great I just found out my primary doctor is still being a doctor and one of my surgeons I had is still there it has been since 2006 I highly recommend if you get the chance to take a sit down with Dr. William Bill Waldrup and Dr. Alan surgeon they are both great I highly recommend them both like I said it’s been since 2006 cents the last time I was there but they are still being doctors to this day

The staff helped me through a mental
Crisis with compassion and understanding and almost immediately brought my blood pressure down to safe levels my nurse practitioner especially made a big difference just by talking to me and understand and when I was going through thank you so much
