WRMC Pain Management Clinic

Was very skeptical of this place when my local PCP referred me to them, over 9 yrs ago ...after a long record/visits of many complaints over the years. I first experienced pain at the shy of 11 yrs old , due frm scoliosis tht needed hardware fusion!! If I knew back then what I knew now , ar the age of 34 feeling like I'm in a body of a late 60s model , no joke !!! I would of refuse the surgeries , plus 4x times that is AMD save me many many bouts of swellimg/pain and er visits, but have come across some that think bc I'm in my 30s I should have no pain !! Wromg !! I'm an expert at pain , from 11 yrs old to the age of 34 goin ok 35 I have had plenty of it and so thank ful for the staff and dr Siddiqui that took me as his patient over 9 yrs ago ,.....the pain has been so much tolerable yet I still dont know why I've develop such chronic pain tha is , or why my "young body/bones is ate up with arthritis and il a disabled woman , the dr studied me and given me many trials, and went thru countless injections, to the point dr and I myself decided I cant halde the insect anymore to the spinla/thoracic area due to extreme tenderness and added on pain that I didnt need , ivd always been a compliant patient , very honest bc truly wjen I speak about my pain its heart felt It brings tears to my eyes, bc life daily livings and routines would be extremely miserable and would I have less quality of life due to pain , if it didnt tske one person , one dr to act listen to me AMD studied my issues...I'm very grateful for this place , the dr , AMD his staff wholeheartly , ten years ago, I dont thn I cam even Express where I would be 'pain wise " ....
Thank you staff of dr Siddiqui for not judging me just bc I'm young and tryout seeimd that i do have issues that causes me severe pains , yall are the best and I hope to be a patient of yours for another decade , God bless

Dr seduki us amazing. He's caring and very knowledgeable his staff is great they all take time to listen.

I see Dr Larson. I have for years. I really like him and his nurse that helps him. If you have a problem talk it out with them. No ones perfect ,everyone makes mistakes and has bad days. They are humans just like us.

The workers are nice, dr was nice and explained every detail. I will be getting my facet and s-1 steroid injections from Batesville pain clinic instead of going back to Little Rock.

My husband saw Dr Zidecee and he was fine.

Very knowledgeable and professional from Dr Siddiqui to all the staff ! Have had a spinal issues for 25yrs finally getting some relief from the pain . Thanks

The wait is horrible... 45 min to an hour. But the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Made appt for 1145 never see doc set for 2 hrs so left who ever makes appt needs to learn how to do there job

This place is absolutely horrible. My husband has been going for years and they have done nothing to control his pain. One time he went to his apt and when he got there the Dr had cancelled because of an emergency and the office told him they would reschedule his apt. It took them 8 days to get him back in and he was out of pain meds the whole time. And when he went back for his apt the NP asked him why he missed his last apt and he told her he didn’t he went and the dr had an emergency and he had been out of medication the whole time. She had the nerve to ask him why one of the other drs didn’t call him in something to get him thru and he told her he didn’t have any idea that was her job not his. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years and worked around the state and this is the worst pain management facility I have ever seen. They don’t care about patients only the money. And heaven forbid if you have to work for a living waiting for a disability claim because then you obviously don’t deserve any pain meds. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡. What a joke for a medical facility. Such a disservice to the state

This clinic is only open Monday through Thursday. When someone returns your call and something is finally called in for pain relief, it is right about the time they're closing for 3 days, so you literally have no choice if the medication does not work, or you have an allergic reaction, but go to the ER, or suffer through the entire weekend and start all over again on Monday ONLY to then repeat the cycle.
I have an allergy to certain medication and I was literally prescribed this type of medication recently even though my medical records state the allergy and I've been very vocal of this allergy. I am NOT a new patient. I've been a patient for approximately a year and a half. Dr. Rossetti listened to me and I felt genuinely cared, but unfortunately she moved on to another area.
Furthermore, I had to find out through Google, after certain problems started occurring for the first time ever, that I should have also been under the close care of a dentist given the medication I was on for so long. Yet, EVEN THOUGH I have expressed my concerns and showed them proof of what the medication done....they're telling me basically if it relieved my pain I should consider getting back on the medication or I can find a new doctor if I wish.... I have gotten the "you're welcome to find a new doctor/clinic several times. As a patient who has always complied and done as they directed, how about they start giving the patients they have quality care? Simply calling in meds on Thursday especially ones that a patient has allergic reactions too IS NOT OKAY. Do your research before becoming a patient here. If you must work yet you live with chronic pain this clinic may not be your best option. I am just tired of having to start all over being a military spouse for more than 16 years, it would be nice to have a healthcare team who really cared about quality care verses quantity.
