Gentle Dental McMinnville

I came in and had a bad experience but my following appointment I had the most amazing experience possible they made sure I was comfortable and they did everything they could to make it up to me and fix it. They were super lovely. The dentist was nice overall great service.

I've only had positive experiences at gentle dental - Dr Mack is great & always helpful. Cleanings are always pain - free. I've had 2 different fillings through Dr Mack. He knows what he's doing & I trust him in this field.
Office is always clean & my dental assistant is always very friendly and reassuring of questions or concerns.
Sometimes scheduling can take a bit but they're so overwhelmed for this area - they do great.
I bought some Opalescence GO 10 pack of whitening trays & they work great !

Just got back from cleaning appointment. Had not had my teeth cleaned for 18 months. The hygienist was excellent...answered my questions. Kept me informed. It was the most painless, quickest and pleasant experience I have ever had for a teeth cleaning! 5 stars and more!!!

They always make sure she is comfortable & understands what is happening.

I do see some reviews about it being hard to get an appointment, or being scheduled for months out.
Working in healthcare myself, this is a common issue. Please be patient with these gentle souls. They are doing their best. ❤

Trish and Dr Jones were absolutely fantastic! I had to get my top wisdom teeth removed I was very very nervous and they made me feel so much better they both made me laugh and made sure I was all numbed up and comfortable before starting. It was so quick I seriously can not recommend them enough I hope I get them again next time I have to have dental work done. Idk how they do it but I'm looking forward to my next dentist appointment. Thank you Dr Jones and Trish for real if you see this hope you know you made my day!!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! I have the worst anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done. The staff were super friendly, professional and understanding. My last visit we started painful dental work and I was an anxious mess before we got started on the procedure. Well the staff and doctor understood completely and were very comforting, very patient and kind. They were able to give me Nitrous gas for my anxiety and it was the best dental visit in my 31 years of being alive. This place is nothing short of amazing and the staff anre incredibly skilled in what they do.

I was very impressed with the crew of Gentle Dental McMinnville and the way they provided treatment for my adult daughter who has autism and is only partially verbal. It is always a guessing game, a process of elimination, a bunch of yes/no questions, to try to understand what the problem may be. We went in as an emergency walk in, thinking she had some particle of popcorn stuck in her teeth, to find out that all the popcorn was gone but she’d created a large ulcer on her gum. This was not the dentist who specializes in special needs but he and everyone else was great—calm, patient, respectful. That is not always the case when seeing a doctor or dentist. We do not live in McMinnville, but Gentle Dental in Mac is now her dentist. I’d recommend them to anyone, but I’d highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dentist with the sensitivity to effectively communicate and care for people who don’t communicate like everyone else does and/or is very nervous and scared.

I had a tremendous amount of anxiety when I came in about going to the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. My dental assistant was amazing.! Two fillings that felt like nothing.

They care about my child's oral health and overall well being. My autistic daughter's X-rays weren't awesome, and they had a plan right away, which included impressions. The first try didn't work, the sensory experience of the mold with the goop was a lot for her. They decided right away to reschedule for her sake rather than push this unfamiliar and uncomfortable procedure. Second take, we came back a bit better prepared and the tech did an awesome job! She made sure my baby knew what to expect and what was expected of her and was so kind! Something we don't see much is people understanding our stimming needs; this tech encouraged them, clearly seeing their value and using them to achieve our common goal. That's top tier care in our opinion

The staff here are very busy but very nice - had an extraction today with Dr. Mack and they did so good to make me comfortable and check in on me during the extraction.

The staff is amazing and friendly, Dr. Mack does a great job of taking time and explaining things. He also is not pushy with my kids! Highly recommended

Shylar was a blessing to be around today. When we walked in she greeted us with the biggest smile and a warm welcome! Upon us leaving she told us to have a great and continued to radiate positivity. Truly made my whole day a day worth living! Thank you team at Gentle Dental

I've been going to the McMinnville Gental Dental for years and I love that Laurie at the front desk has been there so long and Dr. Matthews is great too.
They always explain things and answer any questions I have to an understanding of mine.
I highly recommend them!

I really enjoyed the immediate help and straightforwardness of the company. Though they were extremely busy they still managed to show compassion and provide friendly customer care/service.

Dr. Mac and staff were amazing. The shots and fillings were done fast with no pain.I loved that the music was loud and bonus, what I grew up listening to. Great atmosphere and great experience. 😊 👏

Great place! Excellent bedside manners and the entire crew is efficient as a well oiled machine! Will go here for my teeth from now on : )

I have always been treated with the most courteous and respectful way by all of the staff that I have worked with. They also care about our teeth and our appearance which means a lot. I’m very happy at the Gentle Dental in McMinnville.

They got me it quickly and I’m in dire need. Everyone on staff was great at their job, very kind and professional. I will definitely continue to see them.

This place is a joke, come in with excruciating nerve pain only to be scheduled 7months out!!!! Then they tell me to try Salem office or Sheridan. So drove all the way to Salem and scheduled an appointment for mid November, better than May I think at first.The next week I make it to Sheridan emergency time because the pain is unbearable only to find out that McMinnville even put in their notes that it was infected but prescribed NO antibiotics! That's just pure neglectful! The Sheridan office is absolutely amazing by the way!!!! They're at least taking care of me and trying to work me in. Today I get a call from the Salem office cancelling my appointment because they say it's not my home office a week before, then why in the world did McMinnville tell me to go there?!? Seriously I think they get off on making people suffer and wasting their time!!!!

I had a busted tooth they were able to get me in quickly and removed the tooth. All the pain is gone. A great experience with gental dental
