H Ave Storage recently changed hands. The original owner sold it to a nationwide storage company. Kinda scary not knowing what to expect but so far so good. No major changes, no rent increases. The new, manager, Christy, has been fantastic. Very friendly and eager to please. Has answered all our questions and made us feel appreciated. Welcome to La Grande, Christy.

After a harrowing drive through Colorado, Utah, and Idaho's icy roads, and with the prospect of even worse conditions ahead in Oregon, we started looking for a place to stow our trailer until the snow melted. After several failed attempts to store the trailer in Baker City, we moved on to La Grande where we called Ron at H Ave Storage. Ron was amazing - came out to guide us through a tricky situation with the trailer, and then escorted us to his property where he had a covered spot waiting for us. He was incredibly patient and understanding of our situation and extremely helpful in getting us settled. We were really impressed with the property as well - he was one of the few storage places to have plowed the snow clear, there was ample room for us to be able to drive the trailer into the covered space (without the pain of having to reverse it in). The place has excellent security, and Ron actually lives on the property, so is there to keep an eye on things. After meeting Ron and seeing his place, we felt incredibly comfortable leaving our trailer with him, and have no hesitation in recommending H Ave Storage. Thanks, Ron!
