AT&T Store

Customer service in this store is first rate. Alex is knowledgeable and very personable! As I waited for my turn, I watched her treat each customer with kindness and respect. I listened as she took the time to help someone with their new phone and explain how everything worked. As someone over 65, it is nice to find a young person who is patient with my non-tech generation. I traveled 45 min from home to use this store, because I had heard about how good her customer service was. I was so glad that I did!

The customer service and assistance with my phone from Alex Shields was one of the best experiences I have enjoyed. Alex is top notch and a Class A person with tremendous knowledge of her job. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was able to handle multiple people at one time and we all felt like we received great personal attention. I will use this store and Alex’s services in the future for sure.

Alex is a very knowledgeable and caring AT&T store manager! She has helped me and my family on countless occasions! She always goes the extra mile to insure her customers are completely satisfied with their AT&T services. You will not find anyone better if you need help or need to change services on your account.

However the store could use some updating and furniture. You have no place to sit while waiting. She was working very hard by herself. While she was helping us several costumers left because they could no longer wait.

Have to say, Gary C. at AT&T was quite possibly the best experience with customer service I've ever had with this phone service! Got me set up with Directv stream in little-to-no time, helped me figure out some billing issues and offered to help me get set up with an install for home internet. Service has been far better than my service with Verizon ever was. This is the second time I've been with AT&T in the last 15 years, and it is still the best cell phone provider I have been able to find that fits my needs.

Wonderful experience each, and every time I’ve come in this store in the last month or so. You can tell the new crew here really cares about their customers. Thank you Lonoke associate Josh Wilson!

Kailee was very patient and kind. Much better than dealing with customer service over the phone! She helped me get switched from Straight Talk and fixed customer services mess ups.
