These guys were top notch. Charles went above and above to ensure that I was at ease during the entire process. This place IS truly a hidden gem, and I am beyond grateful that I FOUND them WHEN Searching FOR A car. They worked with me on my trade-in (which I had acquired from EZ Auto Sales (a sketchy / unethical automobile dealer) only a month before).
So, when I came in, they were willing to work with me and took the car as a trade in, getting me into something completely dependable.

I bought a Honda Odyssey here and it is perfect. I told John what I was looking for and he found it for a great price. He said "Tell me exactly what you are looking for." I did, and he came through. He went above an beyond what I expected. He showed me what was out there, and got it for a good price, with no issues. I am going to buy all my cars through Big Brothers, and I live in Tucson. Seriously, I thought they were great.

I honestly struggle with making decisions, especially when it involves money. However, buying a car from Big Brothers was one of the best decisions that I've made.They are extremely accomodating, kind and trustworthy. They take the time to explain things to me as well. I have purchased three cars from them and have had no issues whatsovever.

I d like to share my experience of buying 2018 Toyota Sienna.As usual I received multiple pictures of the car from Big Brothers company including even the button of the car.After negotiating the price the car was shipped directly to my house without any complications.I m very satisfied with the purchase!

Dont judge this place by its outside look. It is a hidden gem and the people who run it are none short to excellent. John helped me and he just had a great character. Actually felt good leaving no extra pressure, straight forward and flexible to my needs. I will be buying my next car from him and highly recommend you do to. Thanks big brothers. I have never written a review before, i believe that a person does their job, gets paid to do it well doesnt need a five star review. However, I had been looking for a specific vehicle that was not abused for over a year. I called Big Brothers on a vehicle I saw on KBB. John answered and told me all about it. It was not quite what I was looking for, he asked if I'd be interested in another one similar. It sounded good over the phone so I popped by, it was the cleanest, unmolested vehicle that I had found in over a year, almost to good to be true. John told me "take it to your mechanic, if anything is wrong I'll fix it." Guess what, nothing major, brakes worn and John to his word replaced the brakes. John was very easy to work with and honest about the vehicles he had on the lot. I recommend checking them out.

About 6 months ago, I purchased my 2003 dodge neon from big brothers inc. The car is incredible with no issues at all. All the associates at the dealership were hands on and very professional. I will be buying my next car from these guys again!!

Almost two years ago I purchased, through Steve, a 2017 Lincoln MKC with about 5500 miles on the odometer. The MKC has been a superb buy. The mpg is great and it's been problem-free. Life's good.
