The staff at Mac Smiles is 5 star great. Dr. Campbell does a great job of explaining exactly what is going on, what the problem is, and how he intends to make corrections.
His tech support are wonderful and know exactly what to do and how to do it. They are very friendly and very well trained.
My hygenist is efficient, friendly and competent. She gets the job done. She is very careful not to cause any pain.
The front office folks are helpful and friendly. One always gets a friendly greeting at the door.
The entire group act as a well oiled machine, all working together.
No parts are missing.

As someone who suffers from severe dental anxiety, getting any dental work done leaves me feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Dr. Campbell and his team were professional, kind and gracious and for the first time in a long time, my dental anxiety didn’t feel like a burden. I would recommend Mac Smiles many times over!

Mac Smiles is a wonderful dental office. The staff welcomed me and know my name every time I go in. They interact with care and compassion. Dr. Campbell is kind, explains everything that will be occurring. He is great. Leslie is my hygienist and is wonderful also. She remembers our previous conversations even though it was six months prior and she's seen tons of patients in between. EVERYONE is great here! Thank you!

Mac Smiles Does a great job staying organized and are always checking for appointment confirmations or changes. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. The Dentist is flexible and friendly. For people who stick sharp objects in your mouth I can’t really complain!:)😉

After having a “less then” experience at a coastal dentist. Having our teeth get worse instead of better. We found ourselves headed inland to find relief.
Mac Smiles was recommended by a friend and we couldn’t be happier we found them. Even with the hour drive each way. It’s definitely worth the time and effort. The staff is professional and genuinely seem to care about not only our teeth but your overall well-being. Slowly but surely we are fixing what years (64) and what I feel my past dentists have done to my teeth. Would I recommend them? Yes, yes I would.

I absolutely love all the staff at Mac Smiles. They make you feel comfortable and you never feel judged. Everyone there is friendly and very welcoming and they know you by name when you walk in. I would definitely recommend them and I'm so glad that someone recommended them to me.

Had my semi-annual cleaning appt at Mac Smiles. Great experience as always. Love how Dr Campbell explains what's happening with particular teeth and what to expect in the future. All the staff are so friendly.

I love going to Mac Smiles. Never thought I'd say that about a dental office, but everyone - from the office staff to my hygienist to Dr. Campbell - are warm, compassionate, and professional. My hygienist, Beth, is gentle yet thorough and simply very nice. Dr. Campbell is also gentle while being very professional and thorough. Everyone in this office has a great attitude and it's contagious! My husband also goes here and agrees with everything I've just written (and he used to HATE going to dentists).

I walked into a cozy office to be greeted by a kind receptionist. I was seat for my appointment in a timely manner by one of the assistant. The assistant was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The dentist greeted me when he walked into my room. He was very nice, comforting and gentle. He walked me though all the steps, putting my nerves at ease. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Mac Smiles!

Been going here for years and continued when
Dr Campbell took over. He and his team continue to make my experience comfortable and affordable. Recently had to have my crown replaced and it was done same day! If you are looking for a local dentist that can do almost anything in house this is your team!

Dr Campbell and the team at Mac Smiles are wonderful. They always remember my name and are super warm and friendly. I always feel taken care of and put at ease. Today one of the assistants even called to check on how I'm doing after yesterday's procedure. I know I'm in good hands at Mac Smiles!

What a great experience ,from walking in and being greeted by the front desk staff to the pleasant dental assistants. They made me feel like I was at a day spa . I was there to get a crown. They explained everything to me step by step. Then Dr. Campbell walks in and the magic begins. No pain novocain. He made me feel relaxed. And then they made the crown right there. Even took me in and let me watch it being made.I left there with a perfect fitting tooth. Didn’t even feel like I’d been to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Campbell and all your staff

I have gone to this office for over 20 years. I was worried I may have to find a new dentist when Dr. Viljak retired, but I was so happy to realize Dr. Campbell and Dr. Gerlach were so great! They were such an awesome addition to the sweet and amazing front office staff, hygienists, and assistants that have made me be a loyal patient for so long.

Been coming to Mac smiles for years. No longer living in Mac, but still will drive here for my dental needs.
