Emurgent Care

I’ve never had a bad experience at emurgent care and the staff is wonderful and the provider is the best I have had when going and getting seen there. There’s nothing wrong with the rooms it’s just how the space and the building were built and I like the changes they are making and it looks a lot cleaner and much nicer then the first time I went there when it was under old management. Love the new management and all the staff they are all super professional and nice and more then willing to do everything they can to take care of their patients.

First time visit, not sure what to expect, very impressed! Every staff member was kind, friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I had an unexpected medical issue and didn't want an ER visit, or to wait the days it would take to see my regular doctor. Expedited paperwork got me in right away, an RX was immediately filled at the pharmacy after I was evaluated. A couple days later they followed up with the lab and ordered me a stronger antibiotic based on those results. Definitely will be going there again if necessary in the future.

Dallas Emurgent care is awesome! Great staff. No appointment needed and they get patients in and out quickly without compromising patient care. I travel from Silverton to Dallas anytime myself or kids have any urgent care needs!

Love this place, the people are so welcoming and friendly. I use to wait 6 hrs at hospital. I would rather wait there 30 min or a hour. Plus, I like helping small businesses.

We don't have insurance so we have used them 3-4 times the past year for our family. My husband had stitches on his hand, I was seen for a possible foot fracture, my son has been in for ear/sinus infections. Reasonably priced and we've never waited more than 30 minutes. Beats making an appointment, driving to Salem or paying out the @$$ for the same thing at the doctor's office. Friendly staff. We appreciate that you're here! Thank you!

I went here on a Sunday 1/29/23 when the other urgent care in Dallas couldn't help me with a routine medical problem. The owner & MD who went to med school at OSU was on staff and saw me. She handled my problem in the most compassionate way! She was professional yet very caring. She was extra careful with every step of the procedure and told me everything that was to be done next. I would highly recommend.

I love Dr. Crystal. She listens to concerns and is very professional/respectful.

The staff here was beyond kind, and the nurse practitioner I saw was so friendly and took great care of me. It was a fast process to get seen and taken care of. Best urgent care I've been to, highly recommend.

The new owner of this urgent care is the best provider I have ever had. She was so helpful an actual concerned about my health situation, She even got me into the hospital the same day to run more test even after the hospital tried to say I needed to have an appointment. This place 10 out of 10

Thank you, Emurgent Care, for the great care today! All the staff were so kind, compassionate and genuinely caring. We were in and out of there very quickly and had all our questions answered. Dr Kristin is super nice and took good care of us. I also appreciated that they had nice toys to keep my toddler busy while we received care and made us feel like he was a joy rather than a bother to have there with us. The pricing seems very reasonable and I would DEFINITELY choose to go back there over other urgent care clinics in the area!

I had a great experience here. Went in, staff was very friendly, helped calm my nerves. The doctor was great too, very nice, took the time to explain every little thing to me instead of just writing the prescription and sending me off. Let me know of some concerns I should go to a PCP for. Thank you guys so much, I'll definitely be going here again if need be (although hopefully I won't need to!) I wish this could be my primary care, to be honest!

Emurgent Care is great! We have gotten help from them several times. They were quick, professional, and really friendly! Crystal did a great job helping us! Would highly recommend Emurgent Care and would definitely go back if I ever needed to.

My family and I have had nothing but good experiences here. Yes, it looks pretty janky but this place is very function over form. You never have to wait very long in the waiting room or the exam room. All of the staff are very kind and get your problem solved right away. I have never wanted to try the new urgent care in town because I like this place so much. I just can't properly express how efficient this place is at treatment, and how friendly and helpful the staff are.

I have had to come here on multiple occasions for myself, husband, and kiddo. They are family oriented and 100% caring. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences here.
The front staff are so helpful and welcoming, doing everything they can to get patients seen without a long wait.
The nurse practitioner that seems to always be on shift when I go, is incredibly knowledgeable and cares deeply for each patient. I recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants a real solution over a temporary fix, and is willing to listen to the great health advice given.

SO thankful for this place! With a baby and busy job, it's hard to make time to take care of my own needs. As such, I've been finding myself putting off medical concerns until the last minute, leading to weekend visits to Emurgent Care. Thankfully the hours are convenient, staff is awesome, facilities clean, wait times short and providers are outstanding.
I appreciate that they balance a more conservative and thoughtful approach to treatment with consideration of daily life requirements and impacts. My most recent issue (upper respiratory infection) had me in twice within this past week as I wasn't showing improvement from the first treatment plan, but the second visit has me feeling SO much better already.

The entire staff at Emurgent Care are welcoming, kind, caring and compassionate. The wait to be seen by the doctor was short, and the medical assistant and doctor took their time to thoroughly check me over, asking many questions regarding my illness, and were very professional. The doctor explained what was going on with the virus I have and told me what to expect as my body recovers. If I were able to give them 10 stars I would.

We had a cold going trough our family for some time now, but out youngest son could not seem to shake it. I tried Emurgent Care and had a great experience. The wait was short, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with how Dr. Mitchell and his staff interacted with our kids. It was a great experience overall and we will definitely use them again. Thanks Emurgent Care!

We have been in here several times. The staff if competent and polite. The doctors are polite and when they are not slammed will spend a little extra time to explain my 100 questions. If not they hurry through them but they have never been rude. My 5 year old has had a couple really bad allergic reactions and i have had a few issues we go here as our doc is in portland because I am extremely picky about a competent doctor. all of the issues we had were taken care of the best was possible.
