The staff is super friendly. I've never seen or heard them be rude to anyone. I've watched them explain items to customer in a very detailed and professional manner. They always make me feel so welcome. They work hard to keep things clean also. Do wish the theatre area was larger, and more video booths, but fir the size of the building, it's a great experience. It's a must stop for me when I'm on home time

Had a great time here! Lakota was a great help, and if my partner had any questions he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the experience really nice!

Have not been to the theater rooms but looking forward to me and my fiance checking it out and having a good time.

Personalized attention and help getting everything I needed! Thoroughly explained every product I was interested in and offered suggestions for other (relevant) things they might be interested in.

Despite the negative reviews ( apparently there is drama with a chain store competitor) we decided to stop by and check it out. The staff was super welcoming and helpful and seemed to enjoy their job, how could you not? The store was not only well stocked with a huge variety of items but nicely organized. Just for fun we checked out the adult theater and as a woman I can say it was clean, not intimidating and the other patrons went out of their way to make us newbies feel comfortable. We will definitely stop in again

This is by far the most amazing place I've ever worked at! I truly feel appreciated and wanted at this establishment. My coworkers are so helpful and really have my back. My manager is the sweetest most kind person I've ever met. The owner is always checking in and recalls every employees name and keeps up with what's going on in thier life. I'm extremely blessed to have a team that works so incredibly hard and keeps everyone safe and happy.

Loved the aromatic scent when you walked in the store. All products were neatly displayed. The discounts were awesome. The theater rooms were clean and Private. Finally Amber our sales rep was nice and informative. We will be back!!!

I have been working here nearly two years I have never seen a place that values it staff and customers the way this company dose. This is truly an amazing place to work at and shop at. This store has it all. If we do not have it which is unlikely we can custom order done for you.

Most amazing crew working in any store I have visited. The manager is also amazing. They helped me have a great visit.

Update 07/05/19: Venus and their crew has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome each time I've come over the past year. They have worked tirelessly to update and give an already great place a well deserved face lift. I encourage everyone who was less than pleased to give Venus a second chance. Things you can expect; An updated appearance, fresh and friendly atmosphere, down to earth and helpful staff, and a clean and comfy theater experience.

This adult toy store is AMAZING! The staff there are super nice and helpful. A HUGE variety of items, well organized AND a BIG variety of plus size outfits/role play. Definitely worth the drive and the prices are fair! They will being getting my future business!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! I’ve never been able to find lingerie I actually liked! Thanks a lot to the employee who was patient enough to deal with my indecisiveness. 10/10 would recommend

always friendly im kind of new to the adult store world so I have no clue about the theater, but I've been to a couple of other store not any of y'alls locations, an they stared constantly made it awkward for me, but ive never felt that way at this store.

Never had a bad experience there, always someone, making sure I find anything, I'm looking for and it's very clean and organized place l, never been to theater, but far as the hospitality the employees have great attitudes and never make me feel unwelcomed ......it would be awesome if they have more sales on some of the products and more clearance items or even samples they would give out.......
