The lady was very nice in the post office. And had a smile on her face as I entered. Also asked me something no one else has asked me before. She asked if I had a preference on what design of stamps? I said no ma'am.She picked me out some beautiful flower stamps. To me she went out of her way to make my day just a little bit brighter. Thank you so much.

Noting but consummate professionals at this post office. They offer fast and friendly service. They are open 6 days per week except federal holidays. There is a wide variety of packaging products available as well as many different stamps for the collector. Money orders that are sold here are the safest way to send money through the mail and can be cashed at any post office in the US!

The front desk employee at Bay Post Office is very helpful and kind.

I just watched a postal worker walk into the public library with no mask, deliver the mail, then walk out... still no mask. being a federal employee, I would assume the executive order requiring masks on federal property would apply to employees, as well. that aside, common sense should have overruled and the employee should have followed guidelines for public settings.
you can't really expect much from an office that operates on a "we do things our way" attitude. the postmaster is less than competent... more like too comfortable.

I get informed delivery and most the time never receive my mail. Packages get sent back. Mail carriers need to pay attention we have lost 25 dollars in just re-ordering cash app cards.

I ordered a chicken run with 2 day shipping that showed up 11 days later. Then today the mail carrier hears my dog barking from in the house, and speeds off without delivering the mail. Usps should just close and leave the mail to Fedex or UPS.

I have been waiting on medical supplies to come to my home and I've tracked the package for the last 7 days. It was supposed to be here 3 days ago according to tracking. I have been home the whole time and everyday the postal person speeds by my house. Then today I looked on informed delivery and it says they are holding it at the post office per my request!

0 stars if I could. Never can seem to bring mail in time much less get orders right. Additionally it's a miracle if you order a collectible and it makes it to you un-smashed to smithereens. Seriously this and the Memphis hub is the mail straight from Hell!( Pukes everywhere!)
