He has been my physician for years as well as my mother. He has a practice and staff that makes for a great visit even when you are sick. I am glad he is back to Osceola now which is great for less driving but it would not have mattered if he would have stayed in Lepanto I traveled there. I love my doctor and his staff so I will continue to be his patient and his wonderful Nurse Practitioner Jo Booker.

Dr. Cullom was no nonsense & straight to the point. And just by his demeanor you can tell he does care about his patients but hes been doing it long enough that its fast & profoencient. And I'm a retired RN myself, so it's a nice change!

Everything was great. It was one shot that need that my insurance didn't pay. They let me know up front, and suggested another one that my insurance do pay. I thank them for letting me know, cause I'm on a fixed income so I thank them so much. REGGIE BEEN MY DOCTOR GOING ON 30 YEARS.

Cullom Clinic is by far one of the best clinical facilities in North East Arkansas.

Good to have a doctor you can depend on anytime.Especially after bathing in bleach and you still itching. Lol
