Pruett's Bar-B-Que & Catfish

This is one of the best places my husband and I have ate in 5 weeks of travel. It is a small place in well worth the stop for good food. Very nice and friendly people. We're so glad we found this place. If you are in the area, give them a try. By the way, we live in South Carolina. If we come back this way, we will be stopping in for more great food. My husband had catfish medium plate. I had small plate of catfish and 8 oz. shrimp combo. A lot of food on plate and well worth the money. Thanks Pruett's Bar-B-Que & Catfish for a great afternoon.

Place has been in business 35 years plus and we just discovered it. Yumm yummy yumm

Catfish sandwich is amazing with tartar sauce, pickles, & onions.
Difficult to pick the best from those three, they were all great.

Great friendly place, I will be a regular. Excellent value for the price. We went late and still had time to enjoy and visit with the staff. Extremely clean and no fishy smell. They were out of Shrimp, will have to try them next time.

Found this place serendipitously on the way from Dallas to Missouri and it sure was a hidden gem! The food was fantastic and the portions were huge! Enjoyed talking with the friendly locals! If we ever find our way back to this neck of the woods we'll be back!

We had a really good dinner! Fried catfish, fried green beans and hush puppies were delicious!! And the pies were so good they sold out.

A little expensive but good. The one piece fish dinner is worth it plus they have great pie. Get a to go cup of the beverage your drinking for free.

Passing through and found this off the Interstate. It was well worth the time. Great food and friendly people. Treated this out of towner like home folks.

Pruetts has a great burger and catfish sandwich. I get fried green beans in place of fries and they have the best! Their desserts are homemade pies and the egg custard, coconut and chocolate and fantastic!

When we want catfish, we are so glad Rhonda's is so close by! No little twists of dried out fillets here! You get a SLAB filleted, half fish to eat!!! It covers your plate!! Her hush puppies & onion will fix you up! And if you still have room- get a slice of homemade Coconut Cream pie!! And get her delicious iced tea to quench your thirst!!

Driving accross the country, missed nicks BBQ. after seeing the sign i was craving BBQ saw this place on the map and figured why not.

Parking lot was packed, tiny building, and sheriff parked out front

Got pulled pork sandwich with slaw and a side of onion rings.
