My laptop (Dell Inspiron) was running so so slow I asked Rob, if my laptop was worth an upgrade from HDD to SDD, plus double my RAM to 16GB. Rob said my laptop was worth upgrading.
WOW, my laptop is super fast now. I live over an hour away, but the drive was worth it. I am highly satisfied with the work and service.

Professional and Economical. Brought in my daughters PC in after we tried a DYI rebuild. They found the problem we missed and were quick to repair it. Very transparent and fair priced. Definitely will use again or recommend to a friend.

I know it's probably strange for me to write a review before I even got my computer back but so far Rob has been so helpful. He explains everything in a way that even someone who isn't very PC hardware literate like me can really understand what is going on and I appreciate that. It's been a stressful week but he also has a good sense of humor and is very caring, getting a phone call from him can really brighten up someone's day and I really do appreciate the hard work done.

I switched to Pure Computer Solutions about a year ago. I have been in business for a very long time and these guys are amazing. They are affordable, promt and do great work.

They are very informative hands on engineer's with incredible diligents very thorough and great instructing the victims on how to help out with tracking and tracing the intruders even deliver you straight up in their face techniques on delivering the evidence you need. Very nice and friendly an eager to assist in anyway possible.

Thought we needed a new laptop so I decided to stop and see if they could do anything. 20 minutes and $25 later after just swapping memory cards our laptop was good to go. Good friendly customer service.
