Firehouse Subs Montgomery Plaza

My son and I ordered a large sub to split, I forget to tell the guy if we could have 2 baskets but when I got our food he had already split it and made it perfect with onions on just half. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but those little things workers do without being asked just make all the difference. Food was amazing as always!

I have nothing bad to say at this restaurant. They make excellent sandwiches and have fantastic chili.

They were very friendly throughout the entire experience, and ordering food was quite quick. From the time I ordered, it took about five minutes for me to be prepared and given.

I got the medium Italian sandwich which had the perfect amount of meat and paired with the cheese, mayonnaise, and perfectly toasted bread, this sandwich was incredible!

The chili was also surprisingly tasty. Not too oily, this chili was chunky with tons of meat and tomatoes.

The secret is to get their sriracha packets and dump 2 of them in a bowl of chili. This elevates the flavor and brings a subtle kick that the chili definitely needs.

This place serves top of line sandwiches of one I order was the brisket sub. I can't even explain because it was the best I've had along time. Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a great sandwich.. kinda pricey but it's worth them. Best sub shop in town for me.

Overall a great experience: clean locale, friendly staff, and an excellent sub. You can order using the app and they’ll have it ready for you. It’s a cut above Subway. My one gripe is the somewhat hard-to-access location.

The service was excellent. The food was great and not to pricey. You can eat outside but no inside dining. Their salads are delicious. I reccomend the grilled chicken salad. They offer free refills if u ear outside and you can use their bathroom. The food was definitely fresh. Handicap accessible as well.

For a chain, they have their stuff together.
Fresh vegetables, honest fresh meats, proportioned of bread to sandwich was excellent.

We just had lunch at Firehouse in Montgomery Plaza. Wow! What a terrific experience!!! First off, this is the cleanest restaurant either of us have ever seen. Someone, in between customers, is always cleaning up the eating area. The entire place is spotless, including the restroom. The employees are very friendly, happy and very willing to do anything their customers need. They greet you when you enter, they say thank you and goodbye when you leave. The food is flawless! Everything is very very fresh, the meats are perfectly cooked, and your order will be exactly what you requested. If you want a magnificent, satisfying meal, please try the Firehouse Subs in Montgomery Plaza. You'll be really delighted you did!!! Thanks for reading. Now go get yourself a great sandwich!

Great food , good selection of drinks , employee customer service needs to be combed through.

Not very many restaurants will allow us to bring in our son, Thank You Firehouse we love this place.

Had the steak sandwich. Was delicious. The steak was not over seasoned and salty like most.

Surprisingly good l, was trying something new and the Italian sandwich was very juicy and delicious.

The setup in the restaurant is questionable, maybe I'm slow and used to subway but a big arrow says order here but it's basically where you pay and the line starts when you walk in the door.

Overall it was a great lunch.

I got the new pulled pork sandwich and it was so good I will definitely go back. And please keep the pulled pork sandwich on your menu

Haven't had a sub in a long time and the meatball sub was amazing!

Firehouse subs makes delicious subs! I usually don't finish a whole sub but I can't help it. They also have a military discount and, of course, discounts for First Responders. I love this place!

Best sub is Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket.
