My beautiful Nissan Sentra got hit by a rouge tire. It damaged the front bumper and some plastic things it was connected to. McLarty North Little Rock did a fantastic job. She looks brand new. They even vacuumed her out:) Would recommend.

I had the best experience I could have asked for there! I had a bad encounter with the Enterprise next door (go to Hertz for your rental. They are in the same building as McLarty Collision and they are 10X better) and McLarty Collision was so understanding. Erin specifically made my stressful situation not stressful at all. This collision center is professional, their work is good, and the people there are wonderful. I will be coming back if I need any other body work done

Dropped my Camry off for a recall paint job and had a couple things replaced during the process to came back to a beautiful painted Camry!! So far everything looks incredible and the fact that it came with a lifetime warranty is a plus!! They even had the car detailed when I picked it up which was something I didn’t expect but greatly appreciated! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Although it took awhile to get my car it was more to do with insurance not responding quickly. My cat looks brand new after tornado damage. When I told Nicole I needed my car by a certain time to go on a trip, she talked to who she needed to to make sure it was done. I was also told to come back if I as the owner notice anything off.

We were in the middle of a trip and had car issues. McLarty was very helpful getting our car back on the road so we could drive back to NC. We highly recommend them for any repair work; customer service is clearly very important to this company!

Someone hit me from behind in my 7 month old new vehicle. .
Sine the 1st time I called I had so many questions and the gentleman who answered the phone answered all my questions. When I dropped off my vehicle they answered more questions and with a smile. The time my vehicle was there they communicated with me and I even got my vehicle back when they told me . I highly recommend this place to anybody and if I ever need more more done I will definitely return. Thank you all for everything you have done.

The best collision center in Little Rock! The ladies up front (sorry I forgot their names) were beyond knowledgeable and helpful and got me taken care of in a timely manner and explained everything down to the T. They kept me updated on my car throughout the weeks it was there which I so appreciate. The techs that worked on my car were also amazing and my car was back to me in no time! I can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had working with them. Thank you!

I used Mclarty collision for repair on my truck after a wreck. They did excellent body and paint work. Kevin Blanton was very informative and stayed in communication weekly. The Mclarty team was very attentive to me as a customer and made the process a breeze. Anything that involves insurance is never easy, but it was with Mclarty Collision and Mr. Kevin. Will definitely use them again.

Did an awesome job repairing my vehicle. Was a little behind schedule but I'd rather wait for the job to be done right with the right parts instead of being rushed and not done right. Just wish the photos were more a little more detailed with the repair process steps. But over all no complaints.

This morning I came into McLarty Collision North to get an estimate of damage done to the driver's side front door of my car as a result of accidentally driving up on a curb in a parking lot several days ago. After this incident, I had been struggling to open that door from both the inside and the outside and it took tremendous force to force the door open. The two ladies at the front desk, Beth and Katie, both waited on me and told me the news that they could not get to my car for several days. When I explained to them that I had been unable to open the driver's side front door from the inside after arriving home last night and had a great deal of difficulty moving to the other side of the front seat to the passenger door to finally exit, one of them went to talk to Kevin Blanton, one of the collision estimators. In just a few minutes, Kevin came to assess the damage to the front door and was able to quickly resolve my problem in just a matter of minutes. I am sure that if Kevin had not fixed the door, I might have become trapped inside again. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin, Beth and Katie and their excellent customer service and resolution of my problem. All three of them were compassionate about my situation and took time to be friendly and professional, despite having other customers on the phone and in the office. I would highly recommend McLarty Collision North to anyone needing quality auto work done and wanting to receive excellent customer service. Overall, McLarty's collision process and service on my vehicle was a breeze. I was able to go in and get things taken care of without any issues. Their staff was the best, they were all super friendly and easy-going, plus they helped me out so much with my diagnostic. Given my experience, I highly recommend them if you're needing a car service.

Got in a front end collision and took my Subaru Forester to these people. I got my whole front clip replaced. Rick took care of my car and was very professional and even addressed some issues I had a few months later after I had gotten my car back. My car looks much better than when I took it to them and I couldn’t be happier with the work these folks did. While I hope to not have to use them for collision repair again I’ll recommend them to anyone.

Took the car in for repair after another body shop would not warranty the poor paint job. McLarty was very kind and also pointed out several short cuts the last body shop did during their repairs. So sad to hear this. Glad McLarty was professional and helpful!
