We joined Sam's Club at the basic level since there are no BJs in Arkansas. While we won't shop there a lot there is some really good buys compared to Walmart. We don't have a lot of extra space, so the items we were after were pretty basic and don't take up a lot of room. We do plan on going there after the first of the month to buy our meat and a few other groceries that we use often and will use up before they go bad. The store was clean. Items were well marked for price. It was quite busy, as I expected going on a Saturday afternoon. The biggest bonus is the price of gas.

Stephanie Steward, Sam’s employee in customer service dept. at the North Little Rock, AR - Landers Rd. location, was very nice to my elderly mom and she fixed an issue from a previous Sam’s employee right away. Stephanie was very patient and kind to my mom. I really appreciate her effectiveness and kindness. Thank you so much Stephanie Steward! I’m leaving a review on Google, Facebook, and Yelp as well about you, because great customer service like yours is rare these days.

This seems to be a smaller Sam's Club location than others in the Little Rock Metropolitan area. I found staff to be extremely helpful. Products were well laid out and organized. There were even a few free samples to be had on this early Tuesday afternoon.

I have never reviewed a Walmart or Sam’s Club, but I feel as if I should recognize this one because of their outstanding employees and how hard everyone was working. This is a true reflection of great management and awesome leadership. Everyone was so helpful and that is rare in this corporation. Kudos to everyone on shift today as this was my first time shopping at this store and definitely will not be my last!

Coming from California and close $4.00 gas and rising, This place is so nice. Usually there are 10 plus cars in line, here 1 or 2. Have yet to go inside, so just here for the gas. Can't wait till trump comes back and under $2.00 again. So glad to be a a patriot and in a red state now.

I like shopping here. They fully stocked, they have new things all the time, the register experience is fast and easy, the prices are good.

I love Sam's. You can always find what you need and what you thought you needed. It's also the best gas prices in Central Arkansas. This Sam's has a great snack bar. The employees were helpful and the check out was easy. We'll be back.

It's always clean. I love the meat selections, great steaks! Everything you need in bulk is here. Their private brand(members mark) is great quality. The t.p. is as good as Charmin. The organic dark roast k cups are our new everyday coffee. Go check it out.

Scan and go is the way to shop! Aisles clearly labeled to find items quickly. Much better than Costcos

Sam’s Club was amazing! I found 3 pair of Men’s Eddie Bauer Shorts for 1/4 of the price you would normally pay at the mall. I also purchased some Champion Shorts & Shirt sets for my five year old daughter.

Sam’s Club! The end all and be all of warehouse shopping. Gotta love it. The one in Conway AR is my favorite though. Stopped at the North Little Rock store because I was on my way to Searcy and needed k-cups coffee use the member’s French Roast. My favorite. Plus I like the Perrier 24 pack water that I can get there. I didn’t realize how many organic products I could get at Sam’s strawberries, raspberries, spinach, olive oil members mark brand no less, asparagus, cherries and possibly more. And at cheaper prices than the other prominent food store. Prices are lower at Sam’s. Wish they had everything I needed. Enjoy shopping here no

Love Sherwood Sams. Had one of the best customer services ever last night. Charles helped us find an item we were searching for, even checked one that was out of stock to double check it. Super friendly and very impressive associate!!

Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Especially Courtney. I am surprised no incentive program for the employees. Very clean facility, spacious and prices are great for bulk items. Hate I missed the Super Bowl membership promotion

It was a excellent normal Sam club. It is Also my preferred Sam club compared to the other one. Plenty of parking, ease in and out the highway into the parking lot!
