I had a wonderful customer service with a young man named Derrell.
I purchased a TV stand and a rocker recliner. He was very helpful in getting me everything I needed.

The customer service was spectacular. My wife and I were greeted at the door by Summer and she instantly made us feel comfortable. She listened to our needs and offered some helpful suggestions. I cannot stress how important it is to listen to the client. She understands that is how you truly control the conversation. She is a true professional. She gave honest and straight forward answers. She obviously does not believe in over selling and under delivering. We could not be more impressed.

Derrek at the Ashley Outlet in Kingman, AZ was dedicated to providing me with the best shopping experience possible! My taste can be a bit eclectic, but he was sure to point out styles and colors that would suit me. He helped me furnish my entire living and dining rooms! Derrek gave me the best deals and even knocked down some additional pricing for me! He even helped me set up delivery for the next day! I had such a pleasant shopping experience I was back 2 weeks later! Thanks, Derrek!

Summer took all the time necessary to help us find the right furniture that fit our needs. No pressure, no attempts at up selling.

Good place to buy. Very friendly and good prices. They have the better quality furniture in town. I did have some warranty replacement needed and they have taken care of this as fast as they can when having to deal with a factory. I would buy there again.

We purchased a new dining room set from here. The store is very nice and Krista was so helpful. We went in looking for a recliner and ended up buying a new dining room table. Krista went over and above trying to find what we were looking for. Great service

After shopping at other Furniture stores, we walked into Home Style Furniture and was immediately greeted by Krista!

She had an awesome vibe and excellent customer service. We told her exactly what we were looking for, explaining we have a very small space for a sofa but wanted it to recline, but big enough for tall members of the family.

Krista showed us the first sofa and then a second one which was absolutely perfect! The sofa included cup holders ad compartments to put your phone etc. but the perfect width for our space. I asked how it was “framed” including other details of the sofa and Krista looked up each detail promptly.

I’ve always shopped the larger furniture stores and thought we would give Home Style Furniture a try and so happy we did.

As we were checking out we learned “we” were Krista’s first sale!!! She’s a pro and makes you feel comfortable as you shop. Thanks again for your great Customer Service!! Great shopping experience Krista.

We had seen a couch last year in-store that we liked and couldn't get it out of our heads every time we though about furniture. When we returned to the store employees were super helpful in helping us find the model and fabric. They remembered the exact couch from a year ago. Incredible. Afterwards we were helped in finding matching fabrics for pillows. The employees spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got the right colors and textures. Thanks for the help!

Service was great.Love the sofa we got. Delivery problems were rectified quickly. This was not their fault, but as usual blamed on COVID, who's fault is our so called president who. is ruining the country.

The owner was so nice looked up in computer to get us a discount if possible, she gave us a sale price we went tob4 different furniture stores and came back 2 days later for her to still give us the sale price.Great customer service.
