Wesley Dickinson: Allstate Insurance

I've never had any problem with any claim I have file with my agent. Unlike a previous Insurance agency I had prior.

I have been working Wesley Dickinson for 15 years the staff here is amazing. If your looking for a great insurance company to take care of all your insurance needs look no farther.

They said insurance rates went up and that’s why our insurance went up. I’m only giving them a 5 for good CS.

Had insurance with them for few years now and anytime I need something or got a question they are right there to help. Ariel is one of the agents and she goes above and beyond to help. Very highly recommended

It has gotten to expensive to have car insurance has gotten as bad as the light company's

Allstate takes your money but it hard to receive anything when the time comes.
Staff is very good to help. Just know this on the front in.

I just wish I had the opportunity to talk directly to Mr. Dickinson about concerns/questions. I've talked to him once when we first purchased our home a year ago. I'm just use to having better contact with my insurance agencies. After reading other reviews about being dropped for no reason etc. I've decided to go with a different agency/company that communicates better.
